I have been to many hotels in Busan, but I am very satisfied with this hotel. The swimming pool and outdoor pool were warm and the friendliness of the staff was different from other hotels. I felt very grateful that they tried to do their best when I requested things like adjusting the kids lounge use time or vehicle departure time. And since I have a child, I was a bit concerned about walking around barefoot on the carpet, but was there a turndown service while I was away? Thank you for taking off your slippers and laying them out on the carpet so that you can comfortably replace them. Thank you for checking carefully to see if anything was lacking. Above all, the use of the guest-only lounge bar was great. I think it will remain a very good memory. Thank you. I was very impressed by the consideration given from the user's perspective. Thank you.

We loved our stay at Paradise Hotel. Our room had a beautiful ocean view and balcony. It was clean and had toiletries, robes, slippers, coffee, tea, and a mini fridge bar. The temperature was easy to control and adjust to our liking. The outdoor spa, also with an ocean view, was free with our room and the pools with water from local hot springs were clean, relaxing, and beautiful. The breakfast buffet, though pricey, was the best we’ve ever had with both western and eastern cuisines (and again, that beautiful view of the beach!). The staff was very professional, welcoming, and kind.

I recently stayed 3 nights at the Grand Josun during the Thanksgiving Holidays. Overall it’s a nice hotel with a good location and great (small) pool (when not busy). Unfortunately a lot of small flaws makes me not recommend the Hotel. Consider everything else to be good to great, here are the caveats you should consider when booking this Hotel. 1) There are only 3 Check-in counters and 3 elevators which both make you que during busy times 2) The shower is located in the bathtub with not enough protection, so the floor gets flooded very easily. 3) The window jalousie from the bathroom towards the main room is very see-through, so your partner can easily see you in the shower or even partly on the toilet. 4) The TV is a smart TV with Netflix and YouTube but everything is in Korean (which is acceptable) but there is also no way (that I found out) to mirror your laptop, the HDMI connector in the wall also doesn’t work. Also you have to pay extra to view basic foreign channels.

Everything about the hotel was good but unfortunately, my business schedule was badly impacted because Trip.com super last minute informed me that out of the 4 nights I had pre-book and prepaid, only 2 nights were available. They have to transfer me to another hotel for the remaining 2 nights. I have to check out by 12 noon and can't check in at the other hotel till 3pm.

During my trip in south korea, I stayed in 3 city and 4 five stars hotels. I think Park Hyatt Busan is the best among them. The Park Hyatt Busan service is perfect and very considerate with the guests' need. Their food are great and their service team is the best among the others five stars hotels where I stayed during my last trip in south korea. The Park Hyatt Staff found that I lost my voice due to the continuous coughing so that they prepared some ginger tea for me. My room's view is also perfect (photos attached). I have a direct view to the bridge and marina. The most important thing is their staff speak perfect English and do the check in/out process efficiently. Their foods are also great (I've tried 3 in room dining menu). Compare to the other 5 star hotels that I stayed in South Korea, I think Park Hyatt Busan has the best price to value score. The downside is just it's location. It's not really a walking distance to the crowd center in Busan. I was good with that since i really enjoyed my room and didn't really want to leave it. If you go to Busan, you really really need to stay in this hotel and book the room with the bridge and marina view.

What was a little disappointing was that I was a person who often visited many hotels. I called to inquire before making a reservation. The person who answered the phone and the man at the front desk on the reservation day seemed to be the same person, but I felt like they were the most unfriendly of all the hotels I've been to. Because I am a person-to-person person, I am the type of person who says that if anything is good, it is good. I was a little disappointed when I first answered the phone, so I was also disappointed when I visited. Other than that, I liked everything.

It was nice that you could store your luggage even after checking out. But no matter how good the facility is, it seems inevitable that it will look old now 😂 In our room, something that was supposed to be a dishcloth sterilizer was broken, and the kitchen monitor was off. There were stains on the pillow covers, and the bathroom also showed signs of poor maintenance, so those who are sensitive to cleanliness might want to think again. Still, we had a comfortable stay :)

Triple room for 3 consecutive nights and 3 days Good location The facilities are old, but this is not a big inconvenience, because I took it into consideration. Some items were not set up in advance, but they took care of everything according to the requirements. The mattress was hard and the latex pillow I provided on request was very comfortable. Even for consecutive nights, they cleaned the middle room very well. It is on the 8th floor, and I can see the sea through the building in front. The gym is small but well-equipped. I have not been to a mini golf course. For an extra 7,700 won, you can have breakfast on the same day. I have never used it

I came to Busan with my friends for the first time in a long time and I had a great time in such a nice accommodation. There were two rooms, so I could use it enough, and it was good to enjoy a nice view and eat. Haeundae Beach is only a five-minute walk away, so you can swim. If it is hot, you can see the sea clearly from inside the room, so you can do this and that. The best thing about this place was that it was equipped with facilities to cook and eat.I will definitely come here if I travel again next time!

Accommodation with a spacious, clean and great view Difficult to find where the lobby is (L City is too big and has multiple entrances) There is no lobby even if you look for it (If you call, someone will come out and check in. There is no front desk) The entrance is complicated (maybe because the hotel, residence, and apartment are in the same building, the entrance is complicated.
