Location and facilities. Everything was good, especially the LG styler, but the room and bedding smelled bad. Other than that, it was perfect.

The building, space, and bedding were all fine, but the smell of stale cigarettes was too strong, there were many stains on the furniture (sofa), and the towels smelled like bleach.
