This was my second stay at this hotel. The first stay in a room on the 5th floor was good, so I decided to come back. The second stay in a room on the 1st floor was not so nice. The bathroom was not clean, baseboards had a thick layer of baked on dust and dirt, the bathroom floor was still dirty, the sink faucet was very loose, I thought it would fall off, and the toilet seat was also loose. The mattress in the pull out sofa bed had a big yellow stain on it. That was the most disturbing issue for me. The sofa itself was very dirty also, quite a few things seem to have been spilled on it. For almost $200/night, I was very disappointed.
I did appreciate the cage free eggs for breakfast though.

Staff friendliness they didn’t clean room unless you requested. You could grab clean towels at desk. Continental breakfast was limited on choices but we’re not early risers.

Most uncomfortable couch ever! No comfortable chair in handicapped room. Four days of torture not being able to find a comfortable place to sit.

My son was graduating from the Marines. We had food that needed to be refrigerated and I couldn’t deliver it to the original place to keep cold. I called the hotel and told them the situation and they were so kind. They kept it for us till the next morning. When we went downstairs the next morning, the next shift was already aware and brought it out to us. Every employee we encountered during our stay was so polite, down to earth and just ultimately wonderful.

The rooms were beautiful and very well layout for comfortability. Bathrooms were very roomy and comfortable. Loved the desk for computer work and the couch and the coffee table in the room was very nice to have a comfortable place to sit and relax.
