It was absolutely perfect for the price. Cleanliness and hygiene was good. It was comfortable. Since we left at 6 in the morning, we could not have breakfast. The hotel attendant said we can prepare a breakfast plate for you despite him. Customer satisfaction is definitely a priority. If I go again, I definitely don't need to look for a different place. The location you are looking at on the maps is incorrect. Call the hotel and ask for a location .

Great new hotel in center location of Busra close to many attractions and valet parking available for convenience. Staff were outstanding and helpful. Breakfast had a large variety. My only feedback: - pillows were not comfortable - no coffee/live station at breakfast

I booked this hotel because is in the center of Bursa, closed to the Ulu Mosque and the grand pazar, I came to this hotel before with my family, the hotel is clean and the service is very good. The breakfast is ok , I have a good experience with his hotel, I will come again

The hotel was convenient for parking my car. The breakfast buffet was big offering a good choice. The staff was friendly, the bed lining good and the mattress very comfortable. Similar to a 4 stars hotel. I will come again there when I will visit Bursa City again.

The Bursa, which we hosted in the family, was a quiet hotel near the closed city market and very close to Ulucami. We thank all the staff, especially Tuncay gentleman, first of all, trip advisor, although I saw old photos and had information.. If you have renovated the hotel and see old photos, do not be cheated.. It is a clean hotel with a renovated and very beautiful, family stay. I recommend..

The price is cheap, just EUR75.60 per night for 3 rooms, so you need to adjust your expectations accordingly. I would have given the hotel 5 bubbles -- great central location, it has a lift (a novelty in Turkey), breakfast included, towels and bed linens are spotless clean and hot water all day long. However I have to take away one bubble because the AC in our room wasn't working. It was totally dead. We complained to the receptionist, he came to the room and tried in futility to convince us the AC was IN FACT working but it was warm because it was summer. I just laughed it off as I know there was no point arguing further. Just avoid room 404, it would be terribly hot when the real summer arrives.

The breakfast room was cold, we couldn't eat anything on the first day and were freezing, we went to the breakfast room in our ski suits to avoid catching a cold for the next few days. Going for a ski vacation, so I came to the hotel at night, and the first thing I saw was the heat, but there was no heating system, so the air conditioner couldn't heat it. I was sick in my room, not on the ski slopes. First of all, the staff were very interested in us. They bring tea or coffee whenever you want and when they see I have a thermos they fill my thermos with tea, for free. The hotel is newly built, so everything in the room is new. Room toilet is clean. But room heating has air conditioning. That could be a long time. The dining room was cold.
