The inside drawers in the room was completely unusable. The bathrooms were very tight and hard to use with the sliding door, the side tables were dirty. The drapes were hard to shut completely. It was hard to find the ice machine. The tray felt sticky where the ice bucket was. The pool was great for toddlers and the room was warm. The ramp for those who could not walk up the steep stairs made it difficult to enter with suitcases. The lighting I. The rooms was off and did not provide enough light. The closet was below average in size. The front staff were friendly and quick. Water was provided in the front but only with lemon (I have a citrus allergy).

Very clean and well maintained property. Staff very friendly. Small pool, gym/sauna was appreciated but quickly became crowded when hotel was busy. Excellent, hot breakfast was included with our rate. Not often is the included breakfast as good as this one.

The gentleman at the front desk was extremely accommodating and friendly during my check in and check out (March 9-10). He always addressed my presence, even when with another customer which is appreciated.

The rooms are ready for some updates. We only had trouble with our thermostat not really keeping the temperature where we set it. The included breakfast was added value and we didnt pay a lot, so overall, we were satisifed.

Only fault is paper plates and plastic cutlery not very appealing and hot breakfast could be more choice as very dry could do with baked beans and they take 25dollars for some reason which you get back but I haven’t yet but otherwise very good stay.
