We paid for the breakfast at the bistro but the woman was not very friendly did not explain how it worked and then the food came out cold. There was no coffee in the lobby and the bistro ran out of coffee- never seen that before!

HVAC unit barely worked, sink faucet barely worked. Uncomfortable bed. No complimentary coffee in the lobby, have to pay for everything. Personnel were friendly

I wished the front desk notice about the extreme highway noise so my wife’s nightmare maybe reduced in other room or area.
She didn’t sleep at all, and she must drive the rest of the day.

I was forced out of my sleep with a non stop alarm and flashing lights throughout the middle of the night due to a “Glitch” which cause me and my family to leave outside and was told it was nothing they could do.

Check-in was one of the most pleasant I've had in awhile at a hotel. I arrived at midnight and was promptly greeted, asked if I had any room preferences, and offered free bottled water. At check-out, the staff member acknowledged that I booked through ******* and asked if I had a Bonvoy account so she could give me points for my stay. Wonderful, clean hotel with great staff!

Beds and pillows were not comfortable, I had a clogged sink and therefor had to brush my teeth inside the shower. I’m my brothers room the toilet was clogged so this meant there hotel had plumbing problems they were not taking care of.
