JUDGMENT - excellent location in the center of the main pizza but in a quiet alley, good and competent staff. They also made us a welcome cocktail (red and white wine), the breakfast was good, the patio was nice even if we didn't use it very much due to the cold of the evenings. Nearby there is a market open until 11pm to purchase water and beers – beer in the hotel €3 Rating – 6 ½ Plus - position Minor - breakfast
Very colorful, lovely small hotel. Clean rooms, provision corresponds to the hotel category. Abundant , home breakfast ... as the hotel is small make ”from under the knife.” A convenient location, literally 200 meters and you can get to the tourist center, from where you can walk to Registhan ”placing” one sight after another on the route. The immediate surroundings of the hotel are a little shocking)))) this part of the center of Bucharest is built by the participants who are in what is much. And the buildings and roads .... there are no words, but quickly used)))) From the features - there is no closet and towel dryer. Specific))) The East is a thin thing.
This hotel is outside the city, but there is a small road to the hotel, ten minutes to 15 minutes to walk. The positioning of the hotel is correct, and the positioning on Baidu is wrong. The hotel feels like a family-style service hotel. The rooms are very good, very clean and relatively large. It is also a middle and upper level in the local area. There is a swimming pool throughout the hotel, there is a large living room that can also change money, and the exchange rate is not bad. The service staff is very warm, especially the elderly couple is very friendly to us. English is also good. You can see the photos in the room.

Boutique Hotel Minzifa is one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at. The rooms are clean, spacious and air-conditioned. It’s really quiet and I heard no noise during the night. The staff are really friendly and went above and beyond to help us. The buffet breakfast is also really nice and it can be eaten in a beautiful environment. The hotel is conveniently located near the old town and all of the attractions. The hotel also offers a walking tour which we took and it was very informative and well planned! If I come back to Bukhara I will definitely be staying here again!
Very beautiful hotel. When you check in the shower there were hair. High hearing of neighbors. The chairs on the terrace with a thunder move for those living on the 3rd floor. No elevator.

Family-owned boutique hotel in the historic centre of beautiful Bukhara. To manage expectations: don’t expect a five-star hotel experience as the rooms are not very luxurious and the breakfast is relatively basic. So why then highest rating? That is a combination of the excellent location, the cleanliness of the rooms and, above all, the friendliness of the owners. Yes, it is so much nicer to support a family-owned hotel in a 500+ year old house that is trying to make a living than staying in a larger hotel part of a bigger chain!
I stayed in this hotel in November 2023 and very liked. Rooms are big. People very polite in hotel. Big bed. King size bed for family. Most feedback on website are very old, so i had to come check by myself and to my surprise i am very glad

A lovely jewel box of a place Run by a family, Bobosh hotel is a gem of a little hotel. Cozy, beautifully decorated rooms with such local color and details. Beds were comfortable and had smart tv. WiFi worked wonderfully. Water pressure was great and while bathroom is a bit tight, it also has a heater that makes the winter so bearable. There’s a beautiful roof deck for fresh air and a small courtyard. And the breakfast was fresh, with local breads and yummy pastries. Excellent coffee and made to order omelettes. They were also kind enough to let me stay a few extra hours as my flight was leaving at 9pm. Location is just a stone throw away from the main sites. A very safe and short walk to the Divan Bhegi, a lovely square that’s part of the pedestrian walks that lead you to the main Mosques and sites. Shopping and restaurants abound all over the place. Overall, it’s an excellent hotel to stay in and for the price, truly excellent value. The friendliness and the heart that goes into the service is the extra that makes it truly wonderful.

GGuest UserThe room was good with great amenities. The Hotel itself has a Uzbek feel with the sandstone coloured walls and mosaic details in the alcoves . The spa was great . I had a Thai massage and my Masseur was Evan who did a splendid job! I was feeling the relaxing effect of the massage even on the third day . The breakfast buffet was also really good. The shower in the bathroom was also a great one , which is always a positive after a tiring day of walking . Sunita, traveller from India
GGuest UserA great hotel with good location in the city. Rest with friends. Everything is very decent and service, room cleanliness and beautiful, delicious breakfasts . Thank you for the hospitality . Buhara is great, we'll definitely come back. Rooms are clean, towels are dry . Water hot, there is everything
I arrived in Bukhara on the last train from Samarkand really late on a very cold winter night. It turned out that I booked for a wrong night. Despite my late night unannounced show-up past 11pm, the staff welcomed me with arms wide open as if welcoming back a family member! They asked how my trip was and if I would need anything (I badly needed a phone charger). The courtyard is very special and the drawing room decor is gorgeous. The room was basic, but has all you need and well cared and super clean. Rashid (a receptionist) kindly explained the history of the property and the interior decor carving (influenced by some Jewish tradition). The hotel is located in the center of the historic sites and you can walk to all the major places you may want to visit in Bukhara. The breakfast was yummy. I would definitely go back there again to stay longer next time. Thanks to all the staff at Rayyan Hotel for their incredible hospitality!
Fantastic location, just steps away from the Kalon Mosque and Minaret. Spotless rooms, comfortable beds, nice showers with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Breakfast was extensive and delicious. Owners were incredibly helpful with arranging transportation at a fair rate from the airport and to the train station. Highly recommended!
GGuest UserDon't book, we set two rooms, the store owner gave a room, the other room was changed to a local hotel, much worse, will not make up the difference; the next day at the front desk found that the boss used the same excuse to deal with other scheduled passengers, even the words are the same; Obviously this is the boss's routine, so it is very dishonest, Trip.com should cancel the cooperation with the merchant
AAnonymous UserThe location is perfect for sightseeing in the old town. However, the service was expensive, and I was worried about the details such as the poor flow of water in the toilet, the lack of toothbrushes and tissues. The young receptionist was good in English and correspondence, but when I asked the large old receptionist for a taxi, I was refused with a smile saying that I should catch it on the street. It's a pity that breakfast was good.
GGuest UserGood Hotel. Good location. Great swimming pool and impressive spa. But, bad hotel design traps very hot air in the central ”core” which goes all the way up to the roof. The have a good restaurant but it's only open for breakfast. Breakfast was ok, but not nearly as good as the Intercontinental Tashkent (reviewed elsewhere). The weird thing is that if you want food at any other time, you have to have it poolside or in the central reception area. Also, something we noticed at all Uzbek hotels is that they have food in their menus, that they do not know how to cook properly. For example, the ”Chicken Alfredo” was more like a Chicken in mushroom sauce. Fortunately, it tasted good. But, we did have other food orders that were inedible and bore little relationship to what one would get in a western or European restaurant. However, we enjoyed the room, the pool and the other aspects of the hotel. Would stay here again. (But would eat elsewhere.)
Highly recommend staying here. The staff were so helpful and professional. The breakfast is very good, filling, and inside plenty of comfy sitting on a cold winter day. The inn is also very close to the main attractions in Bukhara and just a few minutes walk from many good restaurants. The rooms are also the most beautiful in any of the places I’ve stayed so far in Central Asia. Love this place!
The lobby manager was extremely rude and they have no such thing as customer service. The receptionist agreed to a late check-out till 12:30 pm (not much of an extension). When I called the reception the next morning to request for some more extension beyond 1230, the lady manager said that we will have to check out at 12 only! I was shocked and I asked her if I hadn't called, would you have bothered to inform me? She very rudely said that that we have to vacate the room by 12 noon or we will be charged an extra days charge. At the check out desk their cars machine did not work or they deliberately didn't swipe it correctly, so we ended up paying in cash! The same cards had worked earlier in the morning at the shops in the local bazaars of Bukhara. Worst experience in the entire trip in Uzbekistan where people were very friendly and helpful.
