Mercure hotel is such a lovely gem in Bukhara. We’d stayed for 4 nights and everything was amazing. The staff was always helpful and friendly. The property is beautiful with contemporary designs and a touch of traditional charm! We loved the swimming pool and hamman on site and used them every day. We also enjoyed going to Saffron, the restaurant/bar within the hotel, with amazing food, nice ambience, and a spacious terrace overlooking the old town. Even though the hotel is located at the edge of the old town, it’s walkable to the main sights in 15 mins. We absolutely adored this place and highly recommend it to those who are visiting Bukhara!!

從美居酒店步行到主要景區大概十五分鐘。酒店早餐味道不錯，咖啡選品很好。酒店院落格局和門窗設計有別於偶普通酒店，相當有特色也比較舒適。酒店洗手間使用起來很舒適，備品好用。酒店泳池非常華美，健身房相對簡陋但提供了史密斯和啞鈴。整體住宿體驗很好。

原定的房間很小，經服務員介紹，我們升級了名稱為“Bukhara”的高級房，但是服務員沒有告知這個房間的上面是餐廳，簡直一個崩潰😫，各種拖拉桌椅，各種走路噪音，深夜十一點半，實在不能忍受，去前台投訴，一個可能是經理的人，絲毫沒有服務意識的來叭叭，告訴我們如果調換房間，產生差價不退，什麼玩意，欺負中國人不懂英文，還是欺負中國人沒錢？用盡畢生之力的英文回覆他，要麼現在停止噪音，要麼換房間～真的，我發現在外面就是不能慫，一定要保護好自己的合法權益。
