Bora Bora Ibiza Malta Resort - Music Hotel - Adults Only 18 Plus

Absolutely loved every minute of our stay at this hotel, from checking in early with thanks to the reception staff to fantastic service throughout we enjoyed it immensely. Room service was excellent, the food was very nice and the staff were super attentive and very kind and polite. I would even go so far as to say this is one of the best hotels I've stayed in when I visit Malta. I honestly didn't have one complaint or issue the entire five days I was there and felt so welcome by every single one of the staff. My mum came with me on this occasion and she loved it too. She was impressed by the kindness of the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel. The food and drink were not overly expensive and poolside the staff couldn't do enough to help. I will most definitely visit again thank you Bora Bora X

I came to Malta for the first time recently for the DreamWeekend festival that took place at the start of September, myself and two friends stayed at the Bora Bora hotel. The moment we stepped in staff greeted us and showed us to a sofa to fill in some documents as the reception desk was packed with people. This was instantly an amazing start to have such friendly staff around us. Then we went up to our room which was in a very clean and tidy state - a great view off the balcony (perfect for people watching!). The pools were clean and well maintained. I must mention the amazing service from ARGY she was amazing! The vibes were at that hotel, 10/10 would recommend!!!!!

My friend and I were guests at the Bora Bora hotel from the 16th June 2022 until the 20th June 2022 for the DLT MALTA event. Upon arrival we were greeted by a queue outside that lead onto the street. Once at the desk we were told that we needed to pay an "echo charge" for the duration of our stay. When they took the payment, we were told that our room was not ready as cleaning was being underdone, but little did we know that our rooms would not be ready for a further 6 hours. We were hot, dehydrated and exhausted. We missed out on over half of our day due to the un-helpful reception staff negligence. I suffer from low blood pressure and I needed to rest for a while, but instead I was completely ignored by the curly, dark haired receptionist despite asking for pain killers for my migraine due to the stress that was caused by the hotel. It took me having to wait outside of our room until the cleaner came to open the door for me. When the cleaner arrived she was livid at the fact that our room had been ready for several hours but the reception staff downstairs were communicating something different. The wait time became so bad that a member of staff from Pollen decided to offer us his room just so that we could lay our heads for a short while. I have NEVER experienced anything like this in my life on holiday and I will be making a formal complaint on every single platform that I can about my experience at Bora Bora hotel. Please may I add that we were also charged for ice when we requested it at the hotel and when we asked for more tea bags, we were told that we were to use the ones that were given to us on the first day of arrival. Throughout my entire stay at this hotel, I did not feel like I was on holiday.

I stayed at Bora Bora Ibiza Malta as it was a part of a package deal for the event I was attending. The event was amazing and Malta itself is beautiful! However, I almost booked a flight back home as soon as I saw my room. Firstly, check in was supposed to be at 3pm but I did not receive my keys until 12am and my friend received hers at 4am after our event (even tho she arrived at 11:30am the previous day!). This was because they were wasn’t prepared for the amount of guest that had booked the hotel even though it was apart of the package we had all booked for months in advance. Secondly, when I finally entered the room it was filthy. There was hair all over the beds , half eaten packet of peanuts was found on the shelf and I found dead bugs under the bed sheets. When I reported this to management they were very unapologetic and she told me ‘it’s just mosquitoes’ when I showed her the pictures I took (see attached) and she called me a ‘liar’ when I confronted her about the Cleanliness of the room because house keeping marked it as checked (as if they didn’t have to clean a lot of room in a short space of time because everyone was waiting for their room to be ready). I was very insulted and never received an apology from management but she managed to play the victim when my friend came downstairs to confirm what I was saying. Staying at this hotel almost ruined my whole experience but I would definitely visit Malta again.

If you're in Malta to party, you've come to the right place. The Bora Bora Ibiza Malta hotel is all about partying, with a nice outdoor pool, plenty of poolside space for the pool parties, great staff and a decent PA. The hotel re-opened only a couple of months ago after a re-brand from Pebbles hotel to Bora Bora. It's all fairly clean although it does lack a few hotel basics. Our first room, room 209 was missing a shower curtain or shower screen so we couldn't actually take a shower without flooding the whole bathroom. After complaining to reception we were soon moved to another room which was much better and we could finally take a shower. The hotel uses a wristband system for your room key and to pay at the bar. But the hotel won't refund any unused credit from the wristband at the end of your stay. So load up carefully. Despite the hiccups, we had a great stay here and had plenty of fun at the pool parties. The bar service is a bit slow as they only usually have one person at the bar, but then loads of servers milling about. The cocktails are really nice and about average price for the area. The staff are super nice and helpful and seem to really want you to have a good time. Breakfast is very average for a hotel but that's fine as most people didn't seem to make it down for breakfast most days anyway. It's a party hotel after all. hehe. But if you do manage to make it, they have a standard range of continental stuff like breads, rolls, cheese and sliced meats. Cereals, fruit and then a basic cooked selection. Despite our first room not having a shower screen or curtain, the rooms are OK, when you remember this is a party hotel and how relatively cheap the rooms are. They're functional, clean and have everything you'd usually need. We noticed there wasn't any ventilation in the bathroom though and the in-room fridges got super hot if you don't leave the cupboard door open to let them cool off a bit. Overall, we came here for the atmosphere and to party and that's totally what we got. It's decent value and the staff are so nice and charming.
