It’s a reasonable sized older room. Clean but need renovation. Breakfast comes with the room but is mediocre, serving from 6:30-9:30am. Location is good, next to shopping and restaurants. TV has no streaming apps. Coffee in the lobby is on offer all day. Free parking.

Great stay, with an amazing location. Room was comfortable but the air conditioner was noisy throughout the night. Breakfast was avg with little to choose from.

Each person has their own perception of cleanliness. Overall, this was a clean place to stay. No, it’s not the newest place. But when we walked into our room, it smelled clean. The carpet does look worn but was vacuumed. The bathroom had an aging tub but it was clean. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn’t work or if it did, it was so quiet and didn’t help with steam from the shower. Towels were fresh and fluffy. Bedding was clean. In room coffee maker was dirty. So if you’re looking for the newest place, this isn’t it. But it is fairly clean. The variety for breakfast was nice: Make it yourself waffles, scrambled eggs, link sausage, muffins, cereal, coffee, juice, fruit.

Lots of good restsurants close by and made shopping very convenient cause everything is close by, most of all is all the staff is very nice.

This property is a good candidate for a facelift - it's just old. That said, it was mostly well-maintained. The tub/shower tub-filler leaked water, wasting quite a bit during my shower. The beds were great - very supportive. The price paid made this a good value.

This is a great place for the value! We did have to let the shower run for about 10 minutes before it got hot.
