Tout d’abord, l’emplacement de l’hôtel est à 3 min de la place markt ce qui permet de se déplacer principalement à pieds tout en étant libre. Pour ce qui est de l’accueil, nous avons était bien accueilli chaleureusement avec des point clés à visiter lors de Noël. Nous avons mis 4/5 à la propreté car la théière était sale de l’intérieur ! La chambre dans l’ensemble était propre, seule petit désagrément "pas de cache-sommiers".La Salle de bain est grande et propre avec disposition serviette petite et grande. Le déjeuner avec un large choix juste les boissons ne sont pas fraîches.

Fantastic location close to the central square, room was comfortable and warm and breakfast was fantastic; Lots of warm breads and pastries and eggs made to order! Very polite and friendly staff gave me a tourist map and recommended a starting point to walk through the wintergloed lights display

Perfect location to explore historic Bruges on foot. Staff were really helpful and so friendly - nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was tasty. Room was lovely.

Good hotel, everything you need for a comfortable stay and staff go the extra mile. No bar despite one being advertised and rooms aren’t very sound proof. Rooms have everything you need but are no thrills However, breakfast was great and hotel only advertises itself as a 3star b&b and it more than delivers. Great location too

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Couldn't do enough to help when our journey was disrupted by french strike action, causing us to be late. Excellent breakfast. Excellent location.

Book quadruple room that showed different pictures than what is actually provided. Room located in the room across reservation desk. It’s double bed and 2 rolling beds. Room is big but not what was described in *******. Road noise, guest checking in/out, noise from people come and go. Can’t sleep at all.

Lovely Hotel, a bit quirky with lots of charme. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and breakfast offer is good to set you up for the day.

Very reasonably priced/very clean small hotel, in fantastic central area of bruges. Easy walk to all main areas, and some lovely cafe's/bar's/restaurants very nearby.
Desk staff all nice and helpful too.
Not a 'luxury room' and was quite small? But, for a short break, couldnt fault it, and great value for money too.
Would defo book again and recommend to others for short breaks.
Thanks to all, for lovely XMAS stay, in gorgeous small town
