The service is poor. Someone should smoke inside hot, I can smell the smoke during sleeping time. The room card was always inactive/ not working. Totally unacceptable.

The room was comfortable, the hotel was easy to find and we had no complaints. A big shout out for the meal deal which - if you're not too bothered by the rather old-fashioned menu - is great value for money. Staff were friendly and the shower was EXCELLENT!

What a great stay at Premier in! I stayed with my 3 daughters and mum and we were treated well!! Breakfast prepared by Breda was amazing and the boiled eggs were cooked to perfection!! My daughter loved the pancakes with choc spread And Dinner was lush!! All the staff were great no request was too much special thanks to Ellie for being so lovely, Jack for the nice cuppa teas and service and the lovely lady that helped me to try and dismantle my next to me crib. Will be visiting again soon thankyou!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here over the weekend. Staff were very friendly, my children loved the attention they received whenever we saw a staff member. Breakfast was delicious and so much to choose from, we loved every minute and will definitely be back.

i stayed here with my family for the weekend and was very impressed. As always you know what to expect from PI great staff, very clean and lovely food. The children arrived to little packages on their bed of colouring and chocolate, which was a very welcome surprise
