Facilities not what was stated, no terrace in property despite being listed on listing and specifically "highlighted" as something that previous guests had enjoyed. This is a flagrant and intentional attempt to get bookings and has been manually highlighted by property owner so there is no question of being a simple mistake. I found other instances of this listing online falsely advertising non existent facilities. Communication with property owner abysmal, was given the opportunity to suggest a resolution but completely ignored message or opportunity to do so.

Situated in a quiet neighbourhood, the apartment is right in front of Cabot Tower and overlooking a small park full of squirrels. The kitchen is small yet fully equipped, the furniture are posh, functional and comfy. Easy to check in with detailed online guidelines, 5 minutes walk to the supermarket and the bus station, 10 minutes walk to the city centre. Very important to travellers to get a quiet night to rest while so close to everything.

I made the mistake of booking a small single room, which was tiny and very noisy because of the stairs. Fortunately I was able to move to a loft apartment which was completely satisfactory in every way.

The room was lovely - really well equipped and clean. The bed was super comfy and we really enjoyed our stay.
The staff were incredibly helpful - both those that cleaned the room and those that helped with our booking arrangements.
We will definitely book again and highly recommend.

Clean & comfortable. The room was rather small, advertised as a twin bed but it was a single. Otherwise it was great!

Absolutely horrendous. How can you have a room without a fan with no air con. Two of the worst night's sleep of my life. Completely unacceptable in this weather. It was warmer in the room than outside. I tried opening the window, closing it. Nothing worked. It was like sleeping in a very expensive furnace. Seriously disappointed and would only recommend to those who are willing to spend two months acclimatising to heat in a country close to the equator. Otherwise, avoid this like you'd avoid falling off a cliff into shark infested waters
