Be careful of this 3 star hotel! I find myself forced to review a hotel that has nothing whatsoever of a hotel. 3 stars but they are all falling apart. I'll tell you what my partner and I had to endure in 3 days. I'm starting to say that I'm allergic to dust and I went out so I couldn't stay in my room because of the sneezes I was releasing. I went down on the first day, immediately after inspecting the room, thus pointing out that the room presented too many problems both in terms of cleanliness given that there were blood stains on the walls from crushed mosquitoes, and in terms of usability given that there were exposed wires, dangling light bulbs and handles that fell off every time the door was closed. The concierge's response was "I can't do anything about it. Tomorrow speak directly to the cleaning ladies" how incompetent are you?!? Should I solve the problem or you directly?? Angry, I immediately called booking to report the incident and they told me that they would open a dispute and contact the owner. Well the owner not only didn't make himself heard but we continued our stay. We go to the supermarket and buy disinfectant alcohol and dust-catching rags. Seeing my partner on a day off that had been expected for a year cleaning a room that should already have been done was very annoying!! A shame!! Yes, you were a disgrace. Let's point this out too. During the cleaning, by moving the furniture we realized that overall it wasn't just the dust that was bothering us, but a cleaning that hadn't been done for who knows how long. I photograph everything and wait to meet the owner in these 3 days. Last day of stay and we finally meet the owner in the breakfast room. I discovered it on my own. Acting splendidly, he tells me if I was the one allergic to dust. I answer yes and explain to him the problems found in the room and he, with a natural air, passes off what happened as a normal act... I let it go... and I go to pay for a few hours before leaving the room. I pay €150 in full and ask for a receipt. I'll give you the receipt as soon as I contact the owner. I decide to leave and immediately after 40 minutes, I hear a knock on the door bringing 15 euros to my room. The 15 euros of shame! You were incompetent. Never again.. whoever thinks of this hotel, forget it. Sleep elsewhere!
