Stayed for 2 nights for a work trip, the room was comfortable, not really anywhere for storage but it did have good toiletries and was very clean. I wouldn't classify this as a boutique hotel, more of a bed and breakfast above a restaurant. The breakfast was nice but I would say €15 per person is not in keeping with the quality or quantity of the food. They had a great selection of international tv channels and fast wifi. A couple of downsides: The staff left at 6pm every day (they did notify me of this when I arrived) so there is no reception or staff available after 6pm. As a solo female (who has travelled for many years) this did make me feel slightly nervous, plus there is no security cameras in the building. Considering there was no staff in the building, when the lock for my room was temporarily broken (and I was locked out of my room) I was slightly concerned. Furthermore, when I came back to my room to a strong smell of sewage from the drains I couldn't notify anyone until the next day. Finally my bathroom did not have any curtains or blinds for privacy but only contact film on the windows which made showering at night with the lights on not very private. The staff were very nice and did listen when I explained some of the above points when I checked out!

I am very pleased with my one night stay here. It was very close to the location i needed to go for the show (Mezz) and despite me arriving late, the receptionist (Sharon) waited to give me instructions for check in, I appreciated that. Contact was prompt and easy to reach. Room was comfortable, clean and brightly lit. Having said that you do get the occasional singing and shouting in the wee hours of the morning as the location is in the heart of the city centre. Didn't bother me as the bed was super comfortable. Plenty of great eateries around. Again thank you for the pleasant stay and memory.

The hotel had super friendly and professional staff. The room was really neat and looked nice. The location also could not have been better! The breakfast was also really really nice. We really enjoyed our visit and if we ever come back to Breda, we will stay in this hotel!

Today I'm going to the toilet at Hotel van Ham. I come in and the waitress is so quickly out of my sight. After visiting the toilet, I go to the waitress to politely report that I have used the toilet and that I am willing to pay for it. What describes my surprise? She says payment is not necessary, but from now on I would like you to report it in advance and then show the school teachers as if I really did something wrong. I was stunned. Unfortunately I couldn't release anything anymore. Such a shame because being customer-friendly is so much more pleasant to deal with.

De ligging van het hotel is echt perfect als je rondom het centrum wilt zijn. Een gezellige plek aan een leuk pleintje met diverse restaurants en terrasjes. Mooie kamer met lekkere bedden. Miste wel iets meer ophang mogelijkheden voor kleding. En iets waar je de koffer op zou kunnen leggen.

Dit hotel ligt aan de rand van het historische centrum van Breda. Het is een hotel met een beperkt aantal kamers. De kamer is netjes ingericht met een goed bed. Het ontbijt is top. Heerlijke broodjes die met zorg bereid zijn. Vriendelijke medewerkers. Wat ons betreft een hotel die wij u van harte kunnen aanbevelen.

Fijne en mooie hotelkamer midden in het centrum van Breda. Erg vriendelijk personeel en een heerlijk ontbijt. De ramen konden erg goed en geluifsdicht worden afgesloten, geen last gehad van het lawaai op straat. Kortom; prima verblijf gehad.

Leuke en sfeervolle kamer in het centrum van Breda. Heerlijk ontbeten in het restaurant. Goede overnachtingsplek om naar het theater om de hoek te gaan. Veel winkels in de buurt. Nette medewerkers die goed overlegden over het ophalen van de sleutel in een kastje omdat we na 18 uur aankwamen.

Prettige ontvangst. De locatie van het hotel is heel centraal, midden in de stad .Daardoor wat last van de geluiden buiten . Veel leuke restaurants in buurt. De kamers waren goed met fijne bedden. Heerlijk ontbijt en zeer betrokken én geïnteresseerd personeel.
