The epitome of Boutique hotel. Great location, breakfast buffet is extensive & staff are really friendly, especially front desk staff. Not certain about 5 star though as there’s no swimming pool but there’s a lovely terrace on 2 floor - take stairs or the elevator. It’s an easy walk around the old town and close to the Danube River. Make sure to go to the UFO tower for a 360 view of Bratislava for €9.90. There’s also a standout 5-star international fine dining restaurant. Take the well worth it ‘Panorama Tour’ for €20 & 90 minutes - book via hotel desk. WARNING - TAXI - I caught a taxi from the train station to the hotel & was charged €24, including a €20 train to hotel charge which was a scam. DO NOT take taxi at the train station - it’s actually an easy 10min walk. My fare should have been €3-5. I hope the ‘friendly’ driver rots in … Certainly put a dampener on my trip

Downstairs is a big shopping mall, where eating is still good, the price is not expensive and there are many choices, and the breakfast is more general, probably because the western breakfast taste buds have been numb for more than ten days. But Slovakia really has nothing. . . It feels like the most disappointing country in this 10-nation tour. If it wasn't because it was too tiring to drive directly from Prague to Budapest, I do n’t think I would live here

amazing in all aspects. our suite was perfect . while all staff are great, I must give special mention to the laundry staff that meticulously cleans and irons the crisp linens throughout!! Sheets, pillow cases, napkins, the sheets in the spa... Ive never seen such wonderful linens! Breakfast was outstanding variety buffet , with prosecco and fresh beet juice even as a healthy option!. all servers, Natalia, doorman Martin... Viktoria in the splendid spa...made our trip great . STAY HERE!! easy walk to old town

Very enjoyable stay. The food/drink and amenities were excellent. The staff from arriving to our departure were a credit to the Crowne Plaza group. The reception, bar and cleaning staff were very friendly,helpful and courteous. We didn’t use the gymnasium but this is available. Unfortunately we were only in Bratislava for a few days, with a trip to Vienna Xmas market on the Saturday otherwise I might of used the gym. We will definitely be using the Crowne plaza Bratislava again but during the summer months next time and definitely for a longer stay. Thank you from us all for a fantastic break away before Christmas.

We’ve just had a great one-night stay at this hotel after a stop in Bratislava on our way to Prague. You can’t do better than this location, it’s right in the middle of the old, just a few steps from the square. Our room was comfortable and quiet, the staff were great and the breakfast was also good. Our highlight was the restaurant adjoining the hotel - we ate dinner here and enjoyed a delicious traditional meal. Would love to stay here again.

What a find! The hotel is beautiful and in a fantastic location for exploring Bratislava. The staff are some of the friendliest and most helpful I've found anywhere and couldn't do more to make our stay enjoyable. Breakfast was varied and plentiful with something to suit everyone. Our room was spacious and comfortable with the only downside being that it wasn't air-conditioned and consequently was overly warm for our liking but this was a minor negative. Overall we and our friends had a lovely time here and this hotel would be our first choice if visiting Bratislava again

The hotel is centrally located near the door of San Michele and you can walk from the centre. The apartment is very well furnished, there is the kitchen with everything, washing machine, boiler, axle and steam, bathroom with hairdryer and dispenser with soap and bathroom. The reception staff is very friendly and ready to help you for any needs. We enjoyed upgrade when booking with Expedia, so we had a larger room and they greeted us with a bottle of spumant. They change the tie after 2 nights. Advised!

If you can stay in the same rooms as Franz Liszt, Johannes Brahms, Arthur Rubinstein, Franklin Delano Roosevelt, Thomas Edison and Albert Einstein, why would you stay anywhere else in Bratislava.

A small hotel in the middle of the capital, Bratislava, our apartment was a hotel apartment with two King bed rooms and a twin bed with a toilet, a living room, a kitchen, a washing machine, a dishwasher, unfortunately, it doesn't work and it's honored to look indoor on the garden, parking lots, close to the centre, and some famous tourist attractions. Perfectly fine comfortable room if facilities somewhat basic. Nice comfortable beds and very clean. General appearance of building is a bit tatty but rooms are newly decorated and clean. Location is perfect; a 15 minute walk from the train station and adjacent to the old town area. Staff were helpful. There WiFi in my room wasn't working so when I told staff about this one immediately came to my room to investigate and sort it out. Despite his willingness, he didn't fix it. I had lost my phone charger so the staff provided one for me to use which was very welcomed. The room was also very warm with only a fan to help cool it down but to be fair the absence of air conditioning was clearly flagged in the original booking so I knew what to expect. Overall accommodation was rather basic but perfectly fine for my needs.

Staff sent very good instructions on how to get to the property from the station which was appreciated. Short walk from the bus. Staff friendly and welcoming, we did have a few issues with the room booking but it was resolved. They take 10 euro deposit in cash which was returned easily on check-out. Room was clean and bathroom too, had everything we needed but was very very hot (only 1 fan). A free drink voucher was a nice touch and the bar was cheap and sociable. Easy walk into the main town for tours etc the next day. Stored bags for us, kitchen looked good although we didn't use it. Very close to a large Tesco store for groceries/snacks.
