This is a very beautiful boutique hotel, with modern design and technology. But unfortunately they have a communication problem. We’ve tried to reach the hotel by email before our stay, nobody answered. When we got there we’ve asked for a tour information at front desk, but the lady was not helpful. Other problem is the breakfast. Although it’s very good, the saloon is small, so you have to choose among 3 options of hours. We’ve chosen the first one, but it was completely crowded because a group of tourists wanted to have it earlier. The lady was rude, telling us to be back in 20 minutes. The next day we had an early train so we arrived a little before it opened. The other lady was rude too, I felt very uncomfortable and almost scared of her, who made us feel as we’ve done something very wrong. I understand they were not completely ready, or that we should have warned them we would leave early. But this is not a good way to impress your guests. We told them we were there to celebrate our anniversary and they just ignored it.
