Já fiquei imensas vezes neste hotel que era espetacular. Foi vendido e há uns 3/4 anos para cá está bem diferente e nem parece 1 hotel de 4 estrelas. Pouco pessoal, apesar de os que existem serem simpáticos e prestáveis. Água da piscina interior turva e bastante fria, zona do SPA sem funcionários, pequeno almoço muito, muito pobre que não corresponde a 1 hotel de 4 estrelas. Adorava quando era o Celorico Palace Hotel mas a qualidade baixou imenso quando foi vendido ao grupo Flag Hotels, só não baixou o preço, bem pelo contrário.

From visiting wine producing estates in the area to cycling on the eco-pista do Tamega surrounded by Nature.

The hotel charged 156 Euros for one room. When we arrived the room was not clean. The toilet was dirty from the people before. The shower was broken. The mini fridge was broken and we had to put our things in the hotel fridge. The receptionist said that they would be able to fix it the follow day but no one got back to us. The spa was absolutely filthy. Please see photos. I have contacted Flag World hotels and they have not responded to my complaints. We stayed for two days and it was really disappointing and a waste of money. This hotel is not four star.

We were staying while my son was playing a football tournament. We stayed in a suite and it was excellent. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast and dinner buffet are small but of excellent quality. We will definitely stay here again.

Comprei o voucher da odisseias para passar um fim de semana com a minha namorada. Este hotel foi uma supressa por ter certas condições muito boas como piscina interior sauna ar condicionado uma vista bonita e perto de supermercados e praia fluvial etc... Mas por outro lado o pequeno almoço arriscaria dizer que era ridículo. Marcamos as 10 para tomar o pequeno almoço e chegando la não havia quase nada, e o pouco que havia como restos de fruta e cerais estavam melados pelo calor alem disso só tinha uma jarra de agua, os bolos era claramente congelados e de fraca qualidade o sumo de laranja era um pó com agua e no tempo que estive no restaurante não havia pão. A funcionaria nem bom dia nos deu só nos perguntou o numero do quarto e virou costas um momento hilario. Destaque para o profissionalismo dos dois rececionistas que nos atenderam e fizeram nos sentir muito a vontade A piscina exterior não tenho nada a dizer estava ótima e os quartos limpos Tirando o pequeno almoço tudo foi perfeito.

Marcamos este hotel especialmente por causa da piscina qual o nosso espanto quando me informam que tenho de marcar horário pois não podem estar mais de 12 pessoas no local e só teria direito a estar uma hora e meia (sexta e fim de semana só uma hora). Contudo e após marcação deparei-me que não havia qualquer tipo de controlo e ninguém respeitava o horário… Para além desta situação completamente impensável, o ar condicionado só funciona ou quente ou frio, e como apanhamos dias de grande calor falamos com a recepção que nos disse que teriam de mudar o piso inteiro mas como ninguém tinha pedido não o tinham feito ainda… mas que a solução era abrir a janela… Não recomendo a ninguém foi um engodo

O hotel é lindo, com decoração moderna e está localizado num sítio sossegado. Os funcionários foram simpáticos q.b. Estivemos apenas uma noite, mas tivemos que tomar sempre banho com água praticamente fria, porque (pelo que nos disseram) houve um problema com a bomba, e que iam resolver. Não ficou resolvido até irmos embora. Também a água da piscina estava um pouco mais fria do que o desejado. Por último, como tomamos o pequeno almoço às 10:30h (a última hora disponível no horário) senti que tivemos pouca opção e apenas os restos. Tive que andar a pedir alimentos elementares como leite e pão. Fiquei sem perceber se foram acontecimentos pontuais ou se já é habitual. No final, o funcionário podia ter perguntado se gostamos da estadia. Eu é que tive de comunicar o que correu menos bem. E teria ficado bem não nos cobrarem as duas bebidas que consumimos do mini bar, por exemplo, para nos compensarem dos percalços. Na minha opinião, teria ficado bem, e eu podia considerar voltar para dar uma segunda oportunidade ao hotel.
