Great location for exploring Boston with subway and bus service a very short walk from hotel. Subway is cheap and very efficient way to get around. Hotel rooms are spacious and reception team are very welcoming and helpful. If you want to visit the theatres or Chinatown both are only a few minutes walk. Like any hotel there are downsides....
The includes breakfast option is not correct, you get an allowance towards breakfast which does not cover the cost, also breakfast service can be very good or very bad over the 8 days we stayed we experienced both. Evening meals are OK but you can get much better a few minutes walk away. Whilst the hotel is generally well sound insulated for an old building which has been sympathetically converted to an hotel it does not help on a Saturday night, The local nightclub is extremely popular with long queue's down the street, the ones who cannot get in seem to have a weekly rave on the adjoining multi storey car park until around 3am. The noise is incredible and despite this being a weekly occurrence the hotels complaints seem to be ignored by the local authorities. My advice is to either be prepared and accept the inconvenience or avoid staying on a Saturday Night, the same applies to all the other hotels in the immediate vicinity, especially the one with the Candibar nightclub in its basement!
Overall a good hotel which could be even be great if the onsite restaurant was improved, the āincludes breakfastā listing was correctly worded, and the local authorities took action about the unsociable noise.
Final word of praise for the super reception staff who really go the extra mile to help you enjoy your stay.

This is a newly opened hotel in Boston, so the facilities are all new and there are no problems. The design is also OK. The surrounding streets are very safe. But looking out the window, you can only see other buildings, and there is no scenery. The hotel breakfast is above average.

The hotel is in a very good location, connected to the shopping mall, making it convenient for shopping. Downstairs is the Public Library. There is no buffet breakfast in the hotel. If you want to eat, you need to order a la carte. The Destination Fee of $30 per day can be used for breakfast. It is not enough for two people.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. The basic accommodation conditions of the four seasons, such as quilts, pillows, air conditioning, bathrooms, open rooms, etc., do not need to be questioned, it must be very good and rest assured. There is a high-quality Japanese meal downstairs, new. The SPA is very good. The only hotel not as good as the old four seasons in Boston is that the room is very modern and has no style.

The hotel is about a 8 minute walk from JFK UMass T station; from there itās quite convenient to get to downtown Boston.
The room is clean and large, albeit the furnishings are a bit dated. The bed was comfortable and there was good chairs and furniture available for a couple to use.
Didnāt try the breakfast or the cafe, but it seemed decent from what we could see.

Excellent
WWallllllyWatch out where you staying !
Weāve been using intercontinental hotel very well for couple years
We live 5 hrs aways from the boston city
Every time when we spend some time in the city we always book intercontinental hotel cause this hotel service, cleanness everything was so perfect. It worth, we loved it But lately we are very disappointed of services.last night we stayed was worst experience ever had at intercontinental hotel
We stayed a night
First. There is No robes. I tried to call lobby so many times! no answer . ( I had exactly same problem couple days ago when we stayed at your hotel. I had to go downstairs to ask for robe)
Second. No answer lobby phone as I mentioned at first weāve tried to call lobby so many time for services. ( Cart, water, etc) but NO answer
Every time when I need I had to go Downstairs..
(Until last year? You guys were so good! since this year summer! I believe that you guys were NO answer AT ALL)
Third. This is major !! We had a flight next morning so we booked your hotel as usual but we got connection room that I didnāt know even when we are check in there is nothing mentioned
We were about to fall asleep around 12am and we hearing some grrrrrrr grrrrrrrr I thought A/C had something problems and we realized we HEARING someoneās snoring our next door!!!!
And we couldnāt sleep at all stayed all night to go the airport next morning ā¦.
I got so madā¦ we paid for a night $550 at 5stars hotel and no sleep ā¦no comfort there is no difference $80 inn out there..
So i claimed it next day when I checked out
There is one lady who helped me checked out she told me she cant do anything with it but she will give me Email address of manager so i can claim through them
But Email also Wrong !
What a WORST experience ever
Years of good experiences have all crumbled this year.
Anyways watch out where are you staying the room
GGuest UserAs soon as I entered the room, I noticed a š smell, but the overall living environment was quite good, which exceeded my expectations. It was a bit like an apartment hotel, the room was spacious and cleaned well
Mmirabella888Stayed for 28 days in this HOTEL. Location is good rooms are spacious and and nothing beats to the WARM HELPFUL AND POLITE FRONTDEST a big shout out to the manager MAM SERENA for going out her way just to give me a hand to make my stay stress free as I have problems with my creditcard. The staffs are very approachable and very respectfulā¦ I would also like to thank sir MARIO and mam ALYSSA you guys did a great jobā¦
I have stayed with a few Marriott hotel as i travel very often but one thing that makes this hotel different from the others is that they give you 25 dollars voucher that you can use to buy foods and a complementary welcome drinks thatās very refreshingā¦
I will surely recommend this hotel to some of my friends if ever they come to Bostonā¦ YOU CAN NEVER GO WRONG if you checked inā¦ I mean why would u settle for less when you can have the BEST And thatās the MOXY HOTEL BOSTON DOWNTOWN
i surely will be back in this placeā¦.
Good locationā¦ good foodā¦ good value for money and above all the warm approach of the front desk and the willingness to help TOPS IT ALLā¦
GGuest UserI booked the Kimpton Nine Zero hotel and apparently it was bought out about 10 days ago with no notice from Trip.com; but the staff are apparently the same during the transition so it was a bit insane that I pre-paid this stay on Ctrip and was immediately charged the full amount AGAIN of my stay at pre-check-in (not even room ready yet check-in) then charged the ENTIRE STAY again at 6pm on day of check-out even though I checked out at 7am that day and was reassured yet again all my charges would āfall offā and I would NOT be charged again. So this stay ended up costing me $1500 frozen in my account at one point for a $425 stay that was prepaid. The front office could definitely use some improvements as most people don't have an extra $1000 lying around to have frozen for no reason :(
AAnonymous UserI love the hospitality of this hotel. The reservations come with breakfast and the food taste so good. I also like how clean the rooms are. They give toothpaste, a toothbrush, and water for free. I will stay at this hotel when next I visit Boston. I also like how they have coffee all day for free. A nice indoor pool and an overall great experience.
ZZILIThis Indigo should have just been renovated last year, and Apple's own map shows Holiday Choice. I have stayed a lot at Intercontinental / Crown / Holiday / Smart Choice. This is my first time staying at Indigo. Some places around are under maintenance and a little messy, but there are many restaurants and supermarkets. Get a staple drink for breakfast, a small portion and a bad attitude.
There is no garden around this hotel. Why is it called Garden? Because next to TD Garden, which is also the home field of basketball and ice hockey teams, concerts are also held, the price changes a lot, there are often no rooms when there are activities, and it is noisy after leaving at night. It is also next to the North Railway Station and the subway station, but to go to New York from South Station. There is a parking lot and valet parking at the entrance of the hotel.
Unfortunately, when I checked in, it was 5 Ā° C outside, and I changed to the fourth room to heat up. When your room has a small air conditioner as shown in Figure 4, the large air conditioner is likely to be bad, and the small air conditioner may also be bad, much colder than the hallway. The front desk will let people repair it. (Fake decoration) If it is not repaired, it will help you to change. The attitude is good, but I suspect that they already know which rooms have bad air conditioning. The cleaning staff speaks Spanish, not English at all, and requires software translation.
In short, you don't need to live here if you don't want to watch the game nearby.
GGuest UserThe security guy in the lobby is very nice, and the black guy at the front desk is very personable. The facilities are complete and he cooked hot pot for two days. After leaving the hotel, I restored the entire kitchen including all the tableware. It was okay and worth re-ordering.
GGuest UserFirst time at this hotel and we had a blast! The bar downstairs was great fun, we had plans to go down and have a couple drinks before venturing out into the city and ended up staying there the whole night!
GGuest UserLiving in a hotel built more than a hundred years ago, it is very convenient to be surrounded by supermarkets, libraries, churches, stations, subways, and restaurants! The hotel service is good. If you are a person who is sensitive to history, then you are in the right place.
Gg2580acfokzThe hotel's sense of history and unique prison style make the hotel worthwhile, that is, the room is small, but how can the room be large in the prison, especially the road from the lobby to the room, just like the prison! recommend!
