We cannot wait to return to The Langham! We were lucky to be greeted by Alisha who not only got us checked in to our room a pinch early, but gave us fantastic lobster recommendations! The friendly, helpful service was the cherry on top of an incredibly beautiful, comfortable hotel. The rooms are spacious and nicely appointed, the beds are comfortable and housekeeping kept everything so tidy. Every employee we encountered was pleasant, opening doors and pushing elevator buttons for us when they could. One of the best stays we've ever had, making our first trip to Boston just fabulous! We will be back!

This is a beautiful and quite unique property. But even more, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful with all sorts of special requests. We stayed five days and it seemed like every day I was in the lobby asking for a small but special favor of one kind or another and the staff were always courteous, understanding and anxious to help. The environment is very good, 10 minutes' walk from the subway station. Many waiters in the breakfast room are very nice, except for one brown middle-aged man who has a very stiff attitude. Several female waiters are very nice. Chocolates were put out in the evening and we left a tip. We also left a note saying thank you after cleaning. Across the bridge from the back door is the children's museum, and it's also nice to walk along the river.

Went with another couple and we had a fantastic time. This hotel was so close to so many amenities and great restaurants (all in walking distances). Love how you can have coffee/tea at the lounge before or after you go back to the room…loved the free water near the elevators. Most of the staff are super friendly. The rooms were pretty basic and met are needs. Now you would ask why I gave it a 3 star rating….well, this whole trip was paid by my daughters for their father’s birthday early September…3 weeks later we got charged again… my husband left 3 phone messages and an email to the manager at this hotel BUT never received a response….he was totally responsible for me giving this hotel a 3 star rating!!!

Very satisfied. The hotel has large rooms, new facilities, heated towel racks, fruit in the gym, coffee machine on the first floor, hot water, tea making, and free of charge. The hotel is very close to the shopping center (Prudential Mall,), about 10 minutes walk. The subway is also about 10 minutes. Very convenient. I will stay at this hotel next time.

This address (239) is the front desk, the actual place to live is reallocated, but all are in the surrounding neighborhood. This time I lived on stephon street. The location is ok. There are two main roads. There is a whole food supermarket and CVS within a 2-3 minute walk. There are places to eat everywhere. It is a 10 minute walk to the convention center and Prudential mall The transportation is very convenient. Living a bit like a bed and breakfast, no elevator, it is good to have such a place in Houwan District, where the space is large, there is not much room after the queen bed, there is a folding sofa bed outside, enough for 2 people to sleep after deployment, the kitchen The equipment is complete, you can cook by yourself, the overall feeling is OK!

My sister and I have now stayed at Hotel Commonwealth five times this year alone (and a 6th coming up in a few months!), and we have had some amazing times! This past visit, we had to navigate some tight scheduling on our part and S. from the front desk helped us out, not only by letting us check in early, but also getting us set with a beautifully spacious room. He was super approachable, friendly and knowledgeable about the goings-on of the hotel. Hotel Commonwealth has amazing amenities. We've stayed in both Fenway-facing and non-Fenway facing Queen rooms. The Malin and Goetz bathroom products are always refreshing and having chrome-cast available in the rooms is ingenious. Complimentary coffee on the second floor is a must (7a-10a), and the valets' efficiency makes for a perfect start and end to any trip! Whether you are going to Fenway or endeavoring on concert adventures at House of Blues, MGM Fenway, etc---this is the nearest and most luxurious place to stay!

Hotel Nine Zero is super well located in Boston. I stayed in the Hub suite. It is very spacious, with living room and bedroom. But the room has no window, being a bit “claustrophobic”! For the amount paid, I expected more, such as a coffee machine in the room. The hotel's restaurant/bar is only open for breakfast. No room service. The room is regularly cleaned (there were shelves in the room with books - part of the suite's decor - and there was a lot of dust on these shelves) The internet is free and with good speed. Despite being IHG Loyalty Diamond level, I had no benefits at this hotel - not even a room upgrade.

What a lovely hotel! We stayed here for one night with our two small children and it exceeded our expectations. While checking in our children were each given a “Junior Chef” Omni swag bag with Annie’s bunny grahams, Honest organic juice box, and crayons. The gentleman at the front desk was so pleasant and switched around our suite to a spacious corner suite (406, The John Hancock Suite) so our children could watch the excitement of Boston from our windows. The suite was in fantastic condition- the only blemish was a slightly chipped/cracked bath tub. There were Nest toiletries and metal shelves above the toilet for dop kit storage. There was only one robe in the closet and slippers were brought up when I asked. We booked the “Rosé Rendezvous Package”, which includes a bottle of rosé wine. However, the amenity which was brought up was Chandon sparkling wine, along with two Boston Cream pies. I was totally fine with that because I love bubbly, but still a strange switch to do without acknowledgement. Another strange happening was our bill at checkout had a random $10 charge for Room Service that we weren’t responsible for. When disputing this, we were told the order came at 10pm (long after the 4 of us were asleep). They quickly removed it from the bill and handled it very well and kindly, but it was still weird. The only significant confusion/hiccup regarding our booking was prior to arrival I was told that they cannot guarantee a crib until arrival (?! How stressful!). We travel a ton with our children and that was a first. I called again a few days prior and was given a slightly different answer but was also told the crib was “very small”. So, given all this uncertainty we brought our own Pack and Play. I caught a glimpse of the crib and will clarify that it is comparable to the Pack and Play in size and would have fit my 2 year old daughter just fine. Car valet was professional and easy and luggage delivery and pickup was very prompt. All in all it was a great, short stay!

The location is very good. The subway is very close to the Red Line, Orange Line and Green Line. It is a paradise for eating and shopping. Macy's, Marshalls and other shopping malls are close by. For meals, within five minutes walk of various shops in Chinatown, the cafe and restaurant RUKA on the first floor of the hotel are popular shops. The front desk helped to book RUKA's seat, and it was full at six. The front desk is very patient and has always been nice. Lemonade is available throughout the day in the lobby. The room was very comfortable, the bathroom was easy to use, and the towels were soft and thick. A rare hotel in the United States that offers slippers.

Service is average. The atmosphere was similar to the Shinagawa Prince Hotel in Tokyo. , There is no sense of luxury. (The restroom near the front desk had a somewhat luxurious feel.) The location was very good as it was close to the train station, the Opera House and Boston Common. This is an image of a beautiful business hotel. The room is also clean. There are no toiletries such as toothbrushes or slippers. (There are some below 4 stars in America) Just ask the front desk and they will deliver it to you. It was very nice to have a bathtub. The gym is down the stairs from the 6th floor. It was further down the road, closed and not used. I want to stay again! I didn't go that far.

This hotel is across the street from Quincy Market. The location is very convenient, and it is also close to the subway. Although it is not new, it still looks good. The front desk service is patient. There is free hot drinks, fruits and drinking water in the lobby to bring to the room. Of course, a ”facility fee” of 25 knives will be charged per room per night. The bed was big enough. Because the child is already a teenager, we opened a separate room for two children (15 and 20 years old). There is no need for a family of young children to have a room for a family of four. There are many points near breakfast, you can find it by turning right. The hotel's own breakfast is also okay, the single portion is a bit large, and the average Chinese can't finish it. Note that the breakfast included in the hotel package is only a limit of 25 dollars. Another thing to remind is that I booked a three-night stay there. After the first night, there was no consumption. After returning the next day, I found that there was an apparently wiped item on the wash basin in the bathroom. Cloth, is it a hint to me that Tips will wipe the cup with this dirty cloth tomorrow? Hey, so I put two beautiful knives in the room on the third morning and came back and took it away.
