The hotel has luxury in its name when it is not. Walls are dirty, edges are falling off and cleanliness was not part of their look.

There is room for improvement. The hotel could be cleaner, it felt dirty. I did not have a chair in my room and I needed it. Also the tile in the bathroom can be slippery. It’s dangerous

I booked this hotel from 11/19/23 to 11/25/23 just for the jacuzzi for my granddaughter and I had to leave on 11/20/23. When we arrive thereat 7.30Pm form JFK there was no water in the hotel. After several attempts to contact someone, we were told that the main pipe was broken. There were none of the following as mentioned in the advertisement: facial tissues, manicure, pedicure, soundproof rooms, restaurant, kitchen utensils, hair dryer, mini bar, room service, There was one receptionist there only and she speaks no English. This hotel is a mishap and ******* should not be associated with it. ******* was kind enough to give me a refund if the money I paid.

They could improve their cleanliness. The hotel felt dirty and smelled dirty. The tile in the shower is quite slippery and dangerous so be careful. Another thing I didn’t like was one of the days there was no water. Apparently a plumbing problem that can happen anytime, just worsened my experience. I chose it because of convenient location for me, but was disappointed

The hotel front desk was very professional and polite until the last day, the room are small studios with kitchen very comfortable. At check out, we forgot personal item in our way to the airport they call as letting us know they found it, that was very nice of them.

Stayed there for 16-17 days. Location is good, just opposite to a supermarket Exito. Rooms are clean & staff is amicable. Rooms come with two washrooms so ideal for family stay as well. Breakfast options are limited as it’s served in the room with a fix menu.
