Do not use it, when you arrive it is a different place than the one they put in the photos, it is a horrible place!! Unsafe, dirty, gloomy, it looks like a seedy hotel. I don't understand how you recommend it!!! Thank you!

Nothing like this had ever happened to me in my life. I will never recommend it. Horrible experience

First they charged us a lot before we arrived for no reason, the receptionist looks like everything except a receptionist, the elevator seems to be on duty because it is never available for guests, worst of all, the 2x2 room, no soap, no towels , without windows, without ventilation and with a heat that seems like a sauna, we are in bogota that is cold and even so it is impossible to stand the heat of the room, we told the receptionist and he told us that he could not do nothing that they were full that the only thing left was a room downstairs that would surely be hotter... We couldn't handle the heat in the room so we had to go find another hotel to pay for one night without breakfast and have breakfast again the next day to not to lose all the money, normal breakfast without variety, very bad trea**ent of the people in the restaurant, the restaurant is not part of the hotel and that was made clear to us the day before when they did not even allow us to enter and they only told us "this It is not part of the hotel. The worst hotel I've ever been in my life, I would never go back, I lost my money but I was able to rest by going to an ibis budget that is nearby that although more expensive at least its name supports it. Don't go, I also can't understand how they put photos of rooms that don't exist, this is practically a scam. I would have preferred to pay for a night in a motel and I think I would have been in a better situation...

They promise a price, one deposits and when one arrives they make extra charges. The owner of the company is rude and serves in the worst way. He attacks one of them and tells him that it is not her problem that they gave us the wrong price

I liked the proximity and easy movement to destinations, very well located. I didn't like that there was no toilet paper and that the layout of the bathroom was very uncomfortable, the toilet had a leak.

The room had both beds defective and they did not want to change our room. Likewise, they denied us a refund justifying that we had already checked in but obviously we could not know about the state of the beds if we had not entered the room. The walls of the room dirty and stained. In order to have access to a power connector we had to separate the beds from the headboard because there was no other connector except in the bathroom. The bathroom was dirty, there was even hair. Very bad experience
