Hilton hotels are my hotel of choice (even though they sometimes can be on the pricier side) because I feel as though they are consistently better than other hotel chains in terms of hotel quality, cleanliness and customer service. Unfortunately, this stay was disappointing for me. Although the hotel was beautiful and the room was clean, the customer service was definitely not what I have come to expect from Hiltons. During our 2-night stay, I asked the concierge for one extra pouch of coffee and a couple of creamers and offered to pick these up at the front desk to make it more convenient for them. Keep in mind that we were staying for 2 nights and were only provided with one pouch of coffee in the room (which we used on our first morning). This hotel does not offer room cleaning services during your stay (where these supplies are replenished) or a coffee station in the main lobby, so I don't think that this was an exorbitant request, especially considering I paid over $600 for this stay. The concierge flat out said no and advised me that the hotel does not provide additional coffee ("just the first cup is on the hotel"). I was incredibly shocked by this response - especially considering that this is a Hilton. Even a Motel 6 would provide additional coffee if requested. Very disappointing.
