If you are looking for a cheap hotel with good value for money, it is the right one. The exceptional staff, the super nice cleaning girls and their housekeeper even more. Claudia, the girl at the reception of the buffet, very close and friendly too. In terms of facilities, there is little entertainment X not to mention none and at 12 everything is closed (cafeteria). Rooms like ours on the 6th floor, with smells of humidity (something that for those of us who have asthma problems was fatal to us), and for three adults the standard one with a sofa bed is useless, because you get stuck in the mattress springs. Old and dirty parking (furniture piled up in some spaces) and damp ceiling. The hotel is not bad if you want something cheap to sleep in, but it needs some repairs and new furniture. The pool is good and cool and you can also use the from the blue hotel.

Highlight the friendliness of all hotel staff. They give you full board and I had half board. On the day of departure they let you use all the hotel facilities and moreover they have an area where you can bathe and they give you towels, gel and shampoo for the shower. The food is also very varied. Totally recommended and close to the center of Blanes for a walk.

If you are looking for 4-star comfort - they are slippery Small room - optional fridge/wifi in the comfort room! All inclusive - dirty in the ba*****t -1 of two hotels as much to tell you the factory - it terms of hygiene that leaves something to be desired The yogurts are not refrigerated nor the milk at breakfast A room filled with industrial products in particular the desserts in fluorescent color. Swimming pool - dirty no parasols available you can rush to the places under the trees / shadows of the buildings so as not to burn The plastic deck chairs in a sorry state / table dirty / if you walk on foot by the pool you come home with black feet Horrible experience for a 4 star afterwards don't expect miracles when they cut the prices Suggestions for improvement: Reduce the variety of industrial waste food for better quality (less but better) Stop it systematic frying plan a barbecue or a grill without oil!!!! Provide a little more fresh local produce Dessert - less but better and homemade! Hire real pastry chefs and cooks Provide a snack for lunch in the full board to allow people to eat by the pool or the reception room with club sandwiches or less varied things to give people the choice of do not lock yourself in a ba*****t Provide air conditioning in the hotel and the dining room Provide fridges in all rooms systematically or specify it as an option if necessary - this is a family hotel where the we come with children Provide ice cube trays to put fresh produce and salad to avoid breaking the cold These are some basic things that I'm sure will make the view more pleasant The only plus of the hotel is its proximity space - but no hotel deckchair or beach towel! Kids club in the ba*****t without air conditioning - my daughter did not want to stay in this hell of a child prison!!!

The hotel is very good, we have been very comfortable. The buffet is very varied, we were at PC and it was very good. The restaurant staff very friendly, Miguel Angel very attentive, helpful and friendly. It's nice to meet people like that on vacation.

Esther's attention at reception was great. Being able to enjoy the pool for a while longer on the last day after leaving the room at 10 o'clock was great. Ideal and ample underground parking. Very good buffet. Perfect location near the beach. A pity that there was no children's entertainment yet, but the musical performances were all very cool. We were very calm and comfortable. We will repeat!!

In Group. Hotel that does not deserve its 4 stars. Small room not in very good condition. Good bedding. Unfriendly restaurant staff. Average buffet. Features of 4* that don't match.

Family hotel. Do not celebrate there … without comment! We are nice…. HORRIBLE. Otherwise very correct, good value for money! Correct room, sea view .. blankets a bit thin, ask for another! Lovely staff!

It is a fairly quiet hotel due to the situation, approximately a kilometer and a half from the center. When we arrived we had a small problem with the room we were assigned to, we discussed it and it was fixed immediately. To highlight the treatment of the staff, efficiency and kindness. The breakfast is very extensive and with many options, only weak in juices and coffee, the rest no complaints.
