I booked and paid for a room through this site. Upon check in I was informed that they would not allow me to stay there . They said they don’t rent to “locals”. I am not a local, I live 30 miles away.
Trip.com is a professional and efficient business. They refunded the money immediately.

I liked the overall look of the room; TV remote w/channel guide was easy to find. Sadly no basic, stepbystep explanation was attached explaining how to enter numbers, change channels....when I tried it didn't work; thus had to rotate channels to determine, precisely, was being offered.
Also, a bit of attention to heat/cool system seemed to have been missed. Unit seemed to come on/off much too frequently,,,,,,resulting in more noise than desirable.

Our room was on the back of building where it was quiet which was suggested at check in.
My husband has a rollator walker that wouldn’t fit through a narrow bathroom door. The front desk was able to put us in handicap room which was great.

The "breakfast consisted of little more than white bread and weak coffee. Be careful the base of the tub is tapered slope with no matting. Very slippery.
