I really enjoyed staying at summer garden hotel. Supervisor Yazar is amazing at his job, his is super helpful. The kitchen team is also very good at their job all the food were delicious. The bar team Emre and Esin are very friendly and suggest delicous drinks. Thank you so much to everyone, I will definitely come back.

It was an amazing vacation, the place and people were great and very friendly here, Yazar was the best superadvisor, he really cared of us all The time, we really enjoyed a lot of fun and a great atmosphere, the plus was that we were watching Euro 2024 in The bar

Boss little space with some great staff. Genuinely a hidden gem - just around the corner from the beach, tucked away in pure tranquility just far enough away from the main attractions Yazar ❤️💚🩵the supervisor is quite literally magic (see included picture) and has a ton of fun card tricks to show you if you ask nicely enough Esin and Buse who work the bar are wonderful and will make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive Chef who makes the flatbread is a genius too 10/10

Don’t be fooled by the pictures shown,only part of this hotel has been renovated and the rest is dated and quite dirty.I don’t know where to start with my review…dirty rooms only cleaned once in a week,towels changed twice.dishes left on stairs for days.Food was awful and repetitive only breakfast was worth eating and we ate out most days.Bar open 11am till 11pm so no soft drinks before 11am for kids.Cocktails for 1 hour between 7-8pm,no daytime entertainment,2 weekly shows which were ok,beds were uncomfortable linen was below average.No safes in your room and very little luggage space.So the good points the pool area was nice with plenty comfortable Sun loungers which were more comfy than the beds but quite slippery round the stairs so beware of that,short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops.Overall it’s 2 stars from me and my partner,it was a fairly cheap holiday but better accommodation can be found elsewhere.This is an honest review in all fairness the holiday was still enjoyable away from the hotel.

Very nice hotel, with clean rooms and and excellent pool area. The staff were very friendly especially captain Ridvan who went the extra mile to make sure each guest was enjoying their stay, the cleaner around the pool was also very friendly and worked incredibly hard. The food was very nice and we never struggled to find something we enjoyed. There is also a small supermarket next door which is ideal aswell as the beach being only a few minutes walk away with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. We would definitely visit again and recommend to anyone thinking of going.

Very nice and clean hotel with very friendly staff, especially Supervisor Yazar and Captain Ridvan. All of the staff made us feel at home and were always very helpful and hard working. The cleaners did a very good job of keeping the rooms tidy and providing fresh towels every 2 days. The cleaner around the pool was also very kind, helpful and extremely hard working. The food was very nice, with a good range of food every day, meaning it never got boring or samey. Overall we would definitely come back again and if you are looking to come to Bitez, definitely come here!

This is an honest review. I always take bad reviews with a pinch of salt and I really am not a fussy eater. We arrived at 10.45pm. We weren't offered a sandwich like others. Taken to our room. On entering saw a cockroach. Tried to get some sleep. Next morning another one. Went for breakfast which was a disappointment Told reception about the cockroaches and guy said he would go spray and sort it. Was told issues sorted. Went back to get ready for tea later to find two more, back to reception and was handed a can of spray. I suggested they came with us, 2 more, the gut stamped on one, a big no no, and the girl ran out. We asked to move and was told no room we would have to sleep there. I was scared, just me and my daughter, we ended up sat in reception for hours before we reluctantly went and tried to sleep. Eventually got another room which was clean. The food wasn't great but slightly improved as week went on. We didn't find staff friendly at all. The guy cleaning round the pool etc is amazing and never stops. This holiday was a bit of a nightmare and I wouldn't return.

Having read reviews before coming I wasn't optimistic but was pleasantly surprised. Pretty grounds with trees and flowers and a good sized pool. Very clean in apartment and around pool all down to a very hard working chap who never stops. I'd come back.

I went with my family to this hotel in June 2024. What can I say about this hotel it is fantastic from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. When we arrived at the hotel it was early hours of the morning and the manager was waiting for us and prepared sandwiches as everything else was closed which was very nice of him to do. The room we were given was not right for us and we told the manager about it and he swapped our room straight away no second question asked. The food was really good and the waiter and the chefs were really good the food was on point all the time. The cleaner was fantastic always would come in the morning and change the bed sheets and clean the room nothing was too much to ask. Overall this holiday was fantastic and would highly recommend people to come to this place.
