My stay at the Ramada in Bishkek wasn’t great and I couldn’t wait to leave! Upon arrival the guy on reception was so rude and looked at me like a piece of dirt. I asked if any rooms had a good view (which they did because I’ve seen the photos), he laughed, lied and said no! Originally put on the 3rd floor it seemed really busy. I got 3 hours sleep the first night as other guests decided to “hang out” in the corridors. I was actually quite scared as they were being really loud, aggressive and just being a nuisance. The next day I asked to move, which they allowed me to. I moved up one floor, sadly I encountered another group of people travelling together who also liked to leave their room doors wide open so that they could go between rooms. Seriously never experienced a hotel like it, I barely slept again and my 4 nights of lacklustre sleep were appalling. First room the tv didn’t work, there were hair all over the floor and also on my pillow. Second room the tv worked but all channels were in Russian and if you’d like any tea tray refills you’ll have to ask!! Breakfast was okay, you can get an omelette or eggs when they can be bothered to come out of their cupboard. Most things are laid out and you can help yourself, which is fine. The best thing about this place is the location and being able to walk places. Beware it was the Golden Tulip hotel until Ramada took it over and don’t seem to have done any improvements. Room configurations are weird and have more hidden corners that are just odd. Airport transfers are $20 which seems quite excessive for Bishkek. A taxi is roughly 1,000 KGS. Safe to say I wouldn’t stay here again and possibly not at another Ramada either.
On Behalf of the Novotel Bishkek, I want to thank you for the trust you place in us. Your comfort, well-being, and safety always continue to be our highest priority.

We stayed for just one night but had a truly wonderful experience. Check in was pleasant and efficient, facilitated by a young lady named Adnoz (apologies to her if I didn’t spell the name correctly). Thereafter we needed help when I couldn’t reopen the safe locker and also with the TV channels. On both occasions, action was immediate, without having to give reminders. The room was bright, colourful and spacious. But the highlight of our stay - besides the hospitality - was the dinner. We are vegetarians and every dish we ordered was worthy of a Michelin starred restaurant. The food was tasty and bursting with flavour. We are still savouring the Cauliflower steak - perfect in texture and flavour. This is the best food that we have had in our travels. The Menu features the Chef’s credo and philosophy in the first page. The food certainly lived up to it! Service at the restaurant was good and Manager Behruz was a bundle of energy! We wish we had stayed longer and would love to return!

Probably the best hotel in Bishkek, the room is large, well maintained and very clean. The hotel is located on a tree-lined road in the city centre and is convenient for eating around. The hotel is about 60 yuan by taxi to the airport and has convenient transportation. There are many restaurants that go far away, and there is also a Chinese restaurant. It is convenient to eat.

My assessment of Damas International Hotel Bishkek highlights several deficiencies. notably the toilet closet, fell below expectations due to poor cleanliness and hygiene standards. Additionally, the water kettle exhibited signs of neglect, and amenities such as a refrigerator, iron box, and locker facilities were notably absent. Furthermore, the absence of English or Asian channels on the television was disappointing. Based on these observations, I cannot recommend this hotel to others and do not believe it warrants a four-star rating

All recommend, the service is excellent6 will definitely come again.

The room is relatively clean, and the bedding is relatively clean, but sometimes Kyrgyzstan does not clean the room every day. If you need it to be cleaned every day, you need to tell the front desk.
The hotel is owned by a Chinese owner, and there are Chinese-speaking staff at the front desk. The hotel breakfast is friendly to Chinese people in the local area, and the overall stay is more comfortable than other hotels. Especially the food. Other hotels opened by foreigners rely on eggs to fill their stomachs every day, but here there are small flower rolls, pickled mustard, porridge, and coarse grains! I will continue to stay.

GGuest UserInitially, we planned to stop at the Ambassador Hotel for two weeks, but during the stay the plans changed and we lasted. As a result, we spent almost two months in this hotel. What can you say? This time for the hotel is more than demonstrative. The interior world of the hotel, its life, staff work, leadership - everything becomes visible with an unarmed eye. To say that we were surprised - nothing to say. All our stay has been the best of the hotel. Clean rooms, cleaning, delicious food, cozy atmosphere - all thanks to the staff who worked in good faith and responded to all our requests, which, by the way, were many. As a result, very positive impressions. Staff attention at this hotel at the height. Thank you to the guys from the TimesBar: Daniel, Aidar, Albina, Askat Thank you to the cleaners for the room cleanliness: Aigerim, Aisana Thank you to the staff on the respiratory, who have not left unnoticed any of our requests: Jamila, Maerim, Aziza, Nortegin Thanks to managers who were very attentive to all our wishes: Saul, Jeengul, Zarina, Bekislam Thanks to the manager of the hotel, Eldar. Very helpful to us in solving our issues. Responsive and attentive head. Unambiguously recommended!
GGuest UserGood location, very comfortable, large rooms, friendly staff, good breakfest, wifi working perfectly. I have been stayed in this hotel several times and always fully satisfied Reception (Aziza and the other girls) works well, helping in different cases, including recommendations about trips, tours, and so.
Comfy shared rooms, very warm lighting paired with wood paneling, you can tell much love has gone into designing the place and the service! Breakfast is varied and very filling, quick laundry service and a lot of dedication to help me out with cabs and translation (had to change my flight and my Russian and Kyrgyz are non-existant) All in all, a great value for money stay and walking distance (15 min leisurely pace) from Osh Bazaar. Not a party hostel but a great place to relax and unwind after a long trip up in the mountains or when you've just arrived and are getting ready for your Kyrgyz adventure!
MMAHK JIt was a newly opened hotel, so it was very clean and I liked it.
The day I went, I was the only customer on the first day of the opening, so I felt like all the staff were watching me and moving.
Breakfast was cooked and brought to me, and I was able to enjoy a cappuccino.
GGuest UserMy stay at the hotel in Bishkek exceeded my expectations. The hotel had a charming ambiance and a central location, making it convenient for sightseeing. The staff was attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The rooms were well-maintained and equipped with all necessary amenities.
GGuest UserThe hotel is a three-room overall. To be honest, I'm not sure I'll recommend it for visiting. Plus: 1) Delicious breakfasts. Made with a shower, pleasant feeding, the cook girl tries and she gets it) it liked it. 2) Silent room and good bed. Sleep in the room well, no claims to it. 3) Cosy in the room. Repair is not bad, staying in the room is pleasant. 4) Good equipment: TV, air conditioning and refrigerator in the room worked well. 5) 24-hour reseption. We settled early in the morning and were happy to have to wait. For early settlement you need to pay half a day, breakfast will be included. Minuses: 1) Location. It's not far from the center (20 minutes walk), but it's not pleasant to live near the market. And houses around the corner. 2) View out of the window. It's just a chicken, the exit from the room was on some narrow pad where the smell of washing washed. The window could not open because of the smell, we had to turn on the condes. Also the window is dark and not transparent, light penetrates through it badly and, being, in the room, it is difficult to understand what time the day is in the street, weather. 3) The room key didn't work. Every time I had to ask the administrators to open the room. Horriblely uncomfortable. I lived there for three days, during this time the guest key from the room never repaired. 4) To the room in shoes. The corridor requires walking in shoes and changing at every time in a narrow pass. Not convenient. 5) Thin light-passing door to the corridor. I don't know why, but the doors in the rooms are inter-roomed. It is not comfortable and does not look reliable.
JJONO5K1The location is good. The interior and gardens are characterful and cosy. There is a swimming pool of a good standard and the breakfast (usually included) is what you'd require for adequate satisfaction. The staff were also friendly enough. 4/5* as the desk outlet in my room was broken, the booking advertised a large double bed with a kettle in the room, when there was no kettle and the double bed was small, and the shower curtain was filthy. Aside from that, everything was fine. I appreciated the addition of a bath, and the decor was to my taste. There was also AC and a hairdryer. 4/5*.
Arrived almost early in the morning, fell asleep and skipped breakfast. But to my surprise they brought me to my room, I was very pleasant and grateful. The room had everything you needed (dental kit, disposable slippers, full tea service). What was important was the large desktop. Well done!!! Apparently they try very hard and help in everything.
Location of the hotel is great, close to everything. A small supermarket and pub across the road. From hotel door you turn left 20 min walk you get to Osh Bazaar, you turn right 20 min walk you get to Ala-Too Square. Breakfast is buffet and lots of variety of random options, everyday is different. Very cute courtyard garden at the back, I enjoyed coffee and my book. Staff are not the most friendliest, not the best friendliest I have experienced through my travel as I been to lots of other Asian countries, they are unfriendly and unwelcoming. Women worker was kind, it was more men workers. They try any way they can to sell you the room if you arrive couple of hours early, they want to charge you extra. It’s crazy bec if the room is empty ready sitting there why not give the key so people can go relax take shower after a long flight. Some sort of courtesy and kind hospitality would be helpful from staff. It be great if there was a trash bin in the rooms, there is only one in bathroom nothing in the room, also put extra toilet papers in bathroom so we don’t have to run out middle of night, kind of disturbing when you ran out of toilet paper and there is no extra one in bathroom. WiFi is ok, not the best, bec if you go different places in hotel you get kicked out and you have to find the location ex courtyard has one, breakfast room has one, different room has one depend on where is your room. So it’s annoying when you get kicked out but oh well nothing you can do. Overall hotel is average for short stay to start your travelling in Kyrgyzstan and continue.
