A beautiful hotel from a bygone era. However some of the basics aren't working properly. The electrical connection to the electric jug in our room was sparking and the water would not hear. However the kitchen provided us with hot water. Also the cistern in our bathroom was faulty.

Such a beautiful property. Taken care of very well. Warm, welcoming and attentive. Highly recommend. Lovely art deco property in a quiet location. Well maintained, huge rooms, beautiful dining area. Thank you. Pillows very hard on the head.

Excellent large rooms, old historic hotel, breakfast very good, service excellent, shower very nice. Only here for overnight stay but the local Sula wine and kingfisher beers very much appreciated after a long day. Interesting range of old photographs in the foyer

I visited the palace for official purpose. I found pleasant welcome. Nice ambient and delicious food . Staffs are very cooperative and humble. Garden and outside seating are very nicely maintained. Room was neat and clean. Recommended for family, party and business purposes. Thank you

Good, spacious room. Service staff friendly and helpful. I was satisfied. Shower didn' t work. Quite area and good food. Some of the electrical equipment might need to be checked and renewed. But my main interests were anyway the city, fort and other attractions. Good stay. I hope more people will come and enjoy this nice Hotel with its friendly and helpful staff.

Lovely hotel The architecture and design are just amazing: classic 1939s art deco. The building, the furniture, the fittings are all beautiful. It feels like you are in an Agatha Christie film. Sitting outside for cocktail’s and diner - just idyllic. They said, in terms of facilities it is 4* not 7* but who cares? It is so beautiful, so unique.

Fantastic service. Everything we asked for they delivered. Very attentive. Beautiful big room. We had the buffet dinner and breakfast. Both meals were delicious. The chicken and naan for dinner were a stand out for dinner. Our room had a beautiful roof top view, sitting room, and separate wash room.

This hotel is awesome in respect of price, service and food. All the staffs are very good in terms of behaviors and service. The bar has a great collection of liquir and the price is very reasonable. The location is very calm and quite and very near to all the attractions of Bikaner.
