Worst hotel stay ever, not at all worth the money, they charge you like a good hotel but don’t even give 1 star service. The rooms that I got had no window nothing so suffocating , it was more like a store room. When we asked them to change our rooms they told us to cancel booking through MakeMyTrip, because they knew it was a 100% prepaid booking and we would not be allowed to cancel now. The service was extremely poor, the staff was rude and arrogant. In one of the room the AC was also not working and after calling multiple times they came and did some kind of AC servicing with washing it, still AC did not work. What kind of hotel does AC servicing after check-in, all this needs to be done before that. The restaurant was okayish, found the food really spicy and not great. Would not recommend to stay in this hotel for sure.
