This was a great though compact apartment in a very nice and chilled city. It's convenient to the airport (€20 taxi ride) but about a mile off the beaten track for restaurants and shops. It was very hot when we were there so uncomfortable for us and sadly there was no air conditioning which made sleep difficult. However it was spotlessly clean and very much to our needs. We were disappointed with the one breakfast we booked as it was quite poor and amounted to a very basic yoghurt, muesli, croissant fare with no cereals or hot food or even cold meat or cheeses. Overall we were delighted with our stay as the staff were friendly and helpful and it was great value for money.

I tried calling to make a booking. I am visiting as a tourist from South Africa. As soon as the receptionist answered I politely asked if they spoke English, he just hung up the phone in my ear. I tried calling back twice but he left it ringing and to go to voicemail. I should have taken the reviews on Google seriously when they said the staff give bad service but I always try to give the benefit of the doubt.

Toda la información que me dieron por teléfono antes de llegar fue errónea (cuántas camas, qué tipo de alojamiento, vistas) todo al revés. El sofá cama no es un sitio donde se pueda dormir, imposible; blando, lleno de muelles, con socabón en el medio, ruidoso y si lo compartes y el de al lado se mueve, tu rebotas. Al parecer todas las vistas al mar vienen a ser que si asomas medio cuerto por la terraza pues lo ves a tu izquierda. La piscina tampoco abrió en la fecha que nos dijeron, por problemas técnicos. No volveremos y no lo recomendamos.

Bon séjour à Biarritz, hotel 4 etoiles bien placé mais le confort des chambres est à revoir car le lit est un canapé, baignoire avec de la rouille, pas de sèche cheveux et il faut attendre à chaque fois 5 minutes pour avoir de l’eau chaude minimum c’est plutôt un 2 étoiles.

Résidence superbe et bien entretenue. La possibilité de venir avec son chien est un vrai plus, de même que le parking! Un avantage rare sur Biarritz :)
Le studio est assez petit, mais c’est suffisant pour 3 nuits. Seul bémol, il est demandé de faire la vaisselle etc avant de partir, mais aucun produit n’est mis à disposition, pas même du savon dans la cuisine. Il faut donc acheter liquide vaisselle, torchons etc….. même pour 3 nuits. La résidence est bien située, comptez 25 minutes pour rejoindre le centre de Biarritz à pieds. Nous reviendrons!

Excellente prise en compte à notre arrivée suite à un problème de réservation via la plate-forme PVPC. La réceptionniste fut bienveillante et à l'écoute. Les propositions furent tout à fait adaptées. La suite du séjour se déroula de la même manière.
