Marriott Properties in Bexar County

The staff was very good, and the hotel is very central for my benefit since it is 20 minutes, breakfast was good and very varied. I like it very much and we are happy. We will soon be back to spend another or several nights.

The location of the hotel is very good, just beside the river, it is very convenient to go out to eat and play. The service is also very good, breakfast is OK, next time you should stay

They handled my one-night cancellation with genuine understanding. All the staff, especially Manager Joe, were incredibly professional and accommodating.

I was double charged aside from the 43 dollars/ per night parking fee and when I called customer service, I was told that this was a split bill. The receipt that I got from the hotel states one charge but I was charged that price, plus another charge of twice that amount. Customer service refused or was incapable of explaining to me why I was charged twice. I suggest that you do not stay at this hotel.
