We book a family room, & the room are located just beside the Bar or Club. Was in summer time, room have no aircond so we need to choose between the loud noise or sweating inside the room. Our kids don’t understand why is so loud & they can’t sleep. we close the window so the noise not so loud. but end up sweating. Im barely sleep just about 4am when the party is over, i open the window for fresh & cold air.

Have here a station with a visit to the Bodensee and the island of Mainau. Want to visit the hotel again at any time. Breakfast buffet very good. Had had a 3-fold dinner and were very enjoyed and excited about it. Have excellent taste. Had happiness and could park against the hotel because we were on the ground on Saturday and Sunday. Otherwise we have to draw a parking ticket. So we could park free of charge on Saturday afternoon until Monday 9.00. The deep garage costs 15 euros per day. The room was clean and good. Only cherm drops, shower and washing basin right next to the bed. You need to live. Service very good. Shortly after the call at the reception we got a second desired headset. Super.

We had an absolutely wonderful long weekend stay with our family. The staff were incredibly kind at this family-owned hotel. The room was spacious with a lovely balcony to enjoy as well. The swimming pool and spa area were clean and VERY relaxing with a beautiful outdoor area to enjoy as well. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of options- I've never seen our kids so excited for breakfast! The restaurant across the street was a delicious option as well. We also enjoyed the walking trail along the creek too. We look forward to another stay!

I was a guest for a night for a business trip, and I was very good, the room that was given to me had a spectacular view of the Danube and the castle, and I was really fascinated. The hotel is a modern luxury, it is comfortable. The room is wide, comfortable bed, double bathroom. Good continental breakfast. If I should think of going back for a trip with the family I'll certainly book a room in this hotel.

Many relocations due to several construction sites in the site did not make finding the hotel easy. There is a large parking space, very beautiful. At the reception everything was prepared for us, we were pre-registrated with a ticket of a traveler. We received a room on the 1st floor. There is a seat. When we entered our room, we were totally disappointed: very small, no cabin, a few sticks on a bar, for us as many travelers - impossible. To that the beds were very narrow, there was no proper deposition, the bathroom very closed – overall was defect for us. After longer intensive conversation with the gentlemen at the reception, (it was intended to make us know that today's hotels are furnished in this way, because hardly anyone needs a dressing box more, for example) We received another room on the same floor, but only at an additional price, which we accepted then, we had holidays and were not on a short service trip! In the now much larger room there were 2 chairs before a desk, on which the TV device, a ordinary but very low double bed (1.80 m) with 2 small night tables, a large seat kit before a mirror. There was a large box with many storage options for longer days and a small refrigerator. The windows to the small garden were open. There was a parquet floor in the bedroom, the entrance and sanitary area was designed with dark tiles. The modern bathroom included a large shower and washing basin – all separated by a large slide door to the rest of the room. Baduty outfits were abundant. Free Wi-Fi worked properly, but with updates often very slowly. We had a relaxing sleep, but tomorrow road traffic is hearable. Breakfast in the cozy small restaurant has made us very satisfied under the conditions given. Comment: We have not regretted the additional cost of this room, so we could still spend a beautiful holiday in Balingen and give a judgment that although the hotel does not correspond to the whole, But just our experience and this is crucial here, also important for other guests. We assess our 2nd room with very good.

We were in RiKu in May 2023 for two nights. To say it right: We were happy and come back. The hotel is on a big street, but it doesn't disturb. The staff is friendly and uncomplicated. Our late check-in worked smoothly with telephone support. Extra wishes (such as another ceiling) were no problem. The really most noticeable in the house is the very consistent design and cleanliness. We were super satisfied with both (u d with the beautiful breakfast). If you want to make meckery, then I call the price (even 10 - 20% too high for this class) and the room sizes. 3 m2 more would have done well to our room. All in all: still 5 stars from us.
