Clean room recent building good kitchen

Excellent & spacious room! Stayed as a family of 4 & having the sofa bed and an extra bed was so nice to let the children spread out. Warm welcome, friendly staff & bar, very clean, modern & bright, very clean. Free parking nearby or private parking on site for €10! Such a great spot for arriving after a late channel crossing from the UK before driving onwards into France or at the end of a trip before an early crossing to get back home. Just 50 minutes to Le Shuttle. Will definitely stay again when visiting France or driving into Europe.

I booked the IBIS in Bethune as I wanted a base to aim for driving from Calais before travelling down through France and what a pleasant surprise the IBIS turned out to be. I had a warm welcome on arrival and the hotel was clean and modern. The room was also modern and clean with a grey toned patterned carpet, a double bed and the usual table, chair, wardrobe, shower room which the IBIS have. It was the usual budget room but was clean and comfortable. There was a tasty breakfast which had a good choice of breakfast food and pastries. Great hotel and would be happy to stay there again.

Loved everything about the hotel. We received such a warm and friendly welcome from the staff on arrival and throughout our stay. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Great location for the station and walking into the town square for the Christmas market. Lovely restaurants across the road - including Le Bistro Gourmand right opposite. Highly recommend this hotel and we definitely intend to return.

Very good stay, nice hotel. Great parking & electric car charging too, although only two spaces. Very helpful staff and nice bar/food area. Only problem was no baby cott, so had to improvise. But again good stay and good value

This is a real nice brand new hotel. Very good quality, modest pricing. Easy to reach, near the train station with good parking facilities both public and hotel owned. For this type of budget hotels IBIS provides an efficient but spaceous room design with nice and cakm colours and very, very good beds, bathroom, big TV. Well done IBIS! And thanks to the efficient staff.

Excellent, clean welcoming hotel. Perfect for an overnight stop over before crossing the Channel. Staff were really welcoming and great with our young children. Would recommend staying here and will be staying here again in the future I hope.

Hotel staff were extremely helpful and polite. Room was clean and comfortable whilst accommodating 2 adults and 2 young children. The breakfast was so worth paying for with a buffet providing everything you need including several breads, hot food, boil your own egg, fruits, meats and cheeses. Absolutely perfect to set us up for the day! It's about 100m from the station if you require. Also high fenced secure car park at the back.

This hotel provided a convenient stopover on our return to the UK after holidaying in France, being just off the A26 motorway. My original intention was a stopover in Calais but was put off by tales of security issues. The hotel is easy to find being just opposite the main train station. It is just over a year old and this is reflected in the standard of accommodation. We had a family room which was more than adequate for our needs and well appointed, with lots of charging points for phones etc. Staff were very pleasant and spoke good English, particularly Marion who, together with her colleagues, looked after us very well. It is a bit of a hike to reach the main square of Bethune on foot but well worth the effort. The evening menu featured tapas, burghers, salads amongst other dishes and was reasonable value for money but breakfast was more basic and rather expensive for what was on offer. Very little not to like. Not the cheapest overnight stop but convenient and extremely comfortable.

Made extremely welcome here - very friendly and helpful staff. Drinks and food in the evening were great. We spent enough to be given some complimentary single malt whisky which was a really nice touch. Breakfast was really good too. Compact rooms but clean and nicely maintained. Definitely recommended.
