No phone , decoy phone . No restaurant or bar as it was stated to have this was supposed to be our honeymoon. It was ruined. There is no access to Internet properly. There is no phone to reach out to anybody in case an emergency you cannot adjust the temperature it was in the room. There was dirt all over the corners of the bathroom.

Terrible smell in the room. A heavy perfume masking a horrible smell in the carpet. Will not stay here again.

Should be a self serve continental breakfast with unlimited coffee, tea, or juice. Front desk person was doing double duty.

Stayed for a WWE event in PPL Center. I found the hotel and room to be very nicely decorated. The bed was big and comfortable. The sofa part wasn’t that comfortable but it was cute and I didn’t need it anyway. Rooms are on smaller side but was just two of us so didn’t need more space. Huge tv on a swivel mount and a long entertainment center with a pull out desk and chair, and had a fridge and coffee maker inside the cabinet. The only issue for me was it didn’t accept my debit card which is an online bank. I get my direct deposit there because it’s two days early, but because it wasn’t Wells Fargo or PNC or any major bank, they wouldn’t use it. Luckily the person I was with used Wells Fargo so we can get the room still. Put a hold on the card though for incidental damage.

Room was clean. Temp control by thermostat was very nice and efficent. Bed was a bit hard than I like so not as comfoable for me but clean. Sliding window would not open and looks like the seal in the thermal glass was breached as it was stained inbetween the glass backing it hard to see through. Walls a little thin where I could hear our neighbors. But it was priced very low compared to other hotels in the area and high quality for the price. Id stay there gain.

The first room had hair in the toilet, tub, and floor. There was stains on the bathroom floor. I was told that those stains cannot come out. I was switched to another room.

Hotel was clean. No microwave in the room was big let down as I like to cook my own meals so we can heat and eat in our hotel room. It was a big inconvenience to have travel outside my hotel room to use a microwave.
