The hotel is opposite the train station. The service is very good and welcoming. The pillows are comfortable. Unfortunately, the hotel is not for sale. It should be said that the breakfast at the Swiss hotel this time was very good, so I did not notice that the breakfast of 40 Swiss francs was very different from the breakfast of 20 Swiss francs. I woke up in the morning and saw a thin blood stain at the end of the bed. Hotels not abroad don't pay much attention to the residual stains on the sheets

The experience at Hotel Bellevue Palace was truly impressive. We were welcomed by the General Manager of the hotel at check-in and all the staff members were very welcoming and friendly. The location of the hotel is about a 10-15 min walk from the Bern Banhof and centrally situated in the city of Bern. The room was spacious with a small balcony, a powder room, and a bathroom. The work desk also had its own power sockets compatible with various plugs from all over the world. Checkout was smooth and easy and the front desk staff (I believe it was Paula) offered to help us to load our bags to our car and gave us a bottle of water for the journey. The experience was truly 5 stars and is well worth the cost.

It's close to the train station, close to the National Assembly, buses and trams are very close, and the coop is next door. Shopping is also very convenient! The reception of men is generally better than that of women, and they are more satisfactory. There is a light show in the Capitol Building at night, which is worth visiting.

Hotel location is very good, the train station walked for four or five minutes, temporary main street, it is very convenient to go to the church to go to the old street. The hotel facilities are very new and the rooms are equipped with capsule coffee and a variety of teas. The family room has three beds and a lot of space. The Kreuz Bern Modern City Hotel is located in the old town of Bern. It the nearings of the hotel there are lots of shops and restaurants other than some of the best places in Bern such as the Bundeshaus. Everything is perfectly reachable within a walk of max 30 min or by simply using public transportat (the hotels had a lot of bus and tram stops at around 4 minutes and the Bern central station at 10 minutes). We were also provided with the Bernticket, with whom we had free access to public transport in Bern. Breakfast is buffet style with plenty of choice. Rooms are nice and comfy. One side note about the rooms is that the double bed was a bit uncomfortable since it was composed by two single beds placed togheter. The hotel provides you also with a variety of ”entertainment” rooms such as the playroom with a mini pool table and a table football. Unfortunately the room is pretty small and play pool is difficult. Also the pool table is inclined, making the plays inaccurate. Other than this the hotel provides also a small fitness room with nice if you want to have a bit of training (of course it's not a professional gym but its enough). In the fitness room there is also a small sauna and a shower. From the fitness room you have also access to the rooftop from which you have a beatufiul view on the city.

the hotel it is pretty close to the train station and the center of the city, good service and rooms, unfortunatly the restaurant was close while i was there. nice old style hotel. Didn't like a lot the fact that the windows of the room were somehow connected to a common space.

The climatesystem still isn’t working. When we checked in, we weren’t told about the problems with the climate system, nor the time of the breakfast in the morning or the checkout time. She only asked if we brought a pet hamster when she saw the beauty case. Strange. When we opened the door, the room was very hot. Switching on the climatesystem, there was only noise but no cooling. When we complained about the climatesystem we were told that the system will be repaired tomorrow. On Sunday the rapairman doesn’t work!! We asked about some compensation, we were promised maybe a refund tomorrow, a free breakfast or something like that. But tomorrow there will be more information about the refund. The weather is very hot, no good staff in sight, it will be heavy night. Paid the room in advance. Big mistake….

FANCIEST BREAKFAST we have ever had the pleasure of enjoying! The whole family was blown away by the amazing spread of fresh and homebaked choices. I just remember thinking I have never seen a fruit salad bowl arranged so beautifully. They really put A LOT of love, attention, and pride into their breakfast. This hotel was located in a perfect location for us since we just needed a place to sleep near the train station. It was an easy and safe 10 minute walk away. It is also located in the hub of all that is happening in the city. We didn't have time to check out the town but we definitely want to return since we saw so many historical-looking statues and buildings on our walk. The hotel manager told us that this is the oldest hotel in the city - from 1508. The rooms thankfully are modern though. :) Only suggestion I have is that if you need a quiet sleep, ask for a room not on the front side of the building or at least not right above the street level restaurants and night life. Manager was super accommodating and even helped us check in after the regular hours due to our late train arrival. They spoke English and were very kind to us.
