very clean rooms and bathroom. courtesi kettle is only inside some rooms...should be in every room. coffe and tea bags were not replaced.... beds are confortable sofa is not if those few things are improved it will be an excellent hotel near underground and train from airport

Where do I start this review? From the constant fecal smell of the bathroom or the 12 flights of stair with 144 steps to climb due to a broken lift?
The members of staff were super apologetic and wonderful but that was about it really
Needless to say, I m not coming back!

Great location and friendly staff. Rooms are comfortable but you can very easily hear the guests from the neighbouring rooms.

This is a super hotel; easy to find, great access to the trains, caring staff and comfortable rooms. I will look to stay here on future Berlin visits.
It had a really nice cafeteria next door and a fantastic Beer Hall around the corner. Perfect for all types of traveller.

There was no one at the front desk when we arrived. He showed up 15 minutes later. The internet did not work at all so I could not use the tv or the WIFI.

I had to change rooms because the door lock was not working. The air conditioning wasn't working.
