Terrible hotel, got stuck in the elevator after an hour and only got out. Reception is not very helpful. Wanted to have a drink in the evening, everything was closed in the hotel. Bad service . Guys from Security, sweet and nice guys. I will never come back here again.

Fantastic hotel, the rooms are large and very beautiful, always clean and tidy in the morning, the staff are very friendly, the animation team is incredibly dedicated to the guests, they threw me a surprise party for my birthday, I was already in the room , they called me to ask me to go to reception, where they were waiting for me to take me to the hotel bar, and there the whole team was waiting for me, they sang happy birthday to me, they offered me a birthday cake and threw me a party that It felt like home, the only thing I can say to you is - come and have the time of your life.

I like the hotel Its really nice . The rooms Are fantastic . The swimimg pool Is so enjoyabale I like the food Is Tasty i like marrocan night . The thing that must be improved Is to clean the Area more And more The beach Area there Are plastic trashes .the bar servis Is ok . Let's talk about animation team which is so friendly so much fun I would like to thank lahcen for the greatest talks and jokes really the best animation team 😁

Well I’m actually disappointed that the serves are not too professional .language skill is poor it took so long to get served .only two type of cocktails.food is blew average.other than that all is perfect talking about animation team very polite very engaging with peaple

We love the hotel IT looks nice . The buffet must be improved more .As a family trip with Kids we need Kids buffet . Rooms are always clean. We love the events. Like morrocan night .animation team IS so perfect that There IS nothing wrong About IT we love the fire show And the dance show. Lahcen And Charlos are always with US making sure we have the Best time ever Really so friendly animators

We love the hotel.the food Is So delicious . The swimimg pool Is clean . Rooms Are So nice . The animation team Is great And So much Fun .thanks to lahcen that He gave much time to please US And play my little child . Night shows Are also Fun somethings like fire And acrobatic .plus the calistinic show was So fanatastic. Thank you 🙏
