I booked breakfast for a couple, but the restaurant did not serve coffee that day. According to the hotel reception, they had a problem, which is why they didn’t have time to drink coffee that day. Because of my early training, I had to leave in a hurry to find a bakery. I also don't like this service, it lacks empathy and friendliness.

O hotel é incrível! Terceira vez que me hospedo lá e com certeza está cada vez melhor! Os quartos são absurdamente grandes (3 aparelhos de ar por unidade), com dois banheiros completos. Camas bem confortáveis e banheiros também. Área de lazer impecável, com uma piscina com uma vista surreal de BH. A localização maravilhosa: verde mar, Araújo, Smart Fit e restaurantes há poucos passos de distância. Única coisa mais ou menos é o café. Ele nunca mudou. Fiquei a primeira vez lá em abril de 2022 e voltei exatamente um ano depois e o café é exatamente o mesmo. Suco de laranja artificial, pães não tão frescos. Mas cappuccino nota 1000!

Check-in foi rápido. O que me desagradou foi o fato do café da manhã ser em outro hotel e o valor não está incluído. Não gostei da cama. Banheiro é simples, não espere secador de cabelo, nem espelho de aumento, nem que a água esquente rapidamente. O quarto não tem vista. Sobre barulho em relação a rua não dava pra ouvir nada fiquei no 914 porém, outros hóspedes que suponho estarem bêbados ficaram conversando tão alto por muito tempo de madrugada próximo meu quarto que não consegui dormir. Tem uma penteadeira fofa. Tem mantinha no armário, o cheiro não é nada agradável só que senti frio e acabei usando. Tem frigobar e ar condicionado daqueles mais antigos. Pela localização, valeu a pena a experiência.

Quick reception, suites with excellent size and excellent beds, excellent acoustic lock, very good shower! The breakfast is fat and offers a variety of choices of juices, cakes and fruits.
