There was a foul smell right outside the elevator on the 3rd floor throughout our stay. The morning we left, the carpets were being shampooed and that helped.

I’ve booked a room in this hotel from ******* I went to the Hotel they said they couldn’t see my reservation I booked a room again at the hotel and I told them to cancel the one from ******* if they see it. A day later I see they charged me twice one from ******* and one at the hotel I talked to ******* and they said the hotel managed declined to release any refunds! That’s crazy I’m using ******* all the time so I’m not using it anymore and I’m not staying in this hotel neva !

The room and hotel in general were clean and well kept. The staff were super friendly and wonderful. My only complaint was the noise coming from the breakfast room. Starting about 630 there were constant beeps from various items getting done. Otherwise it was great.
