The hotel is situated in a great place, easy walking distance to the centre with all the restaurants and bars. We came for West Ham’s game in Backa Topola - we hired a car at the airport. There’s no parking at the hotel as it’s in a pedestrianised area. We were advised to park in a car park round the corner which could be quite a walk if you had luggage. The hotel is in a building with many floors and is on the fifth floor. There is a lift but it’s very tiny. Otherwise it’s a long climb. Once up there the check in was very smooth - we were too early but they looked after our luggage. The room was adequate , nice and warm and clean. The shower was excellent. A good place to stay in Belgrade.

I picked The Location Hotel for its excellent location. Many restaurants, bars, and sights are within walking distance. The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful and were able to answer all my questions before and during my stay. My room was nicely designed with a well-stocked minibar. WIFI internet was stable and fast. The only flaw was the shower in my room. There was no way to use the shower without flooding the entire bathroom. However, the cleaning staff made up for it, and left my bathroom spotless each day. I can highly recommend this hotel which overall offers amazing value for money.

I’m really thankful with the staff at the reception. They were very helpful during my late check in, and also gave me good recommendations about where to eat and how to get to some places I was interested in visiting. My stay in Belgrade was very short but if I come back I’ll definitely stay in City Nest Modern & Cosy Suites.

I actually wouldn’t say don’t stay here but I would say to be aware firstly that the hotel is on a very busy entertainment street so there is noise but most importantly to understand that the rooms vary wildly in standard. On our arrival we instantly hated our room. It was a cavernous, dark, cold and dingy space. The toilet and shower were in separate rooms and the furnishings were cheap and tatty - neither had a window. We saw some of the other rooms as they were being cleaned and they were 100x nicer, really well decorated with marble bath fittings. I asked if they were a different category and was told that they were not and they were actually in a lower category! The price wasn’t extortionate so I would have maybe been more forgiving had that been the case. However it blew my mind that we were paying more for a room that at best was like a cheap hostel at worst felt like a prison. The staff member we complained to offered no understanding either which didn’t help as her response was to say she didn’t think they were different but they very clearly were. I would also say that the entrance area is grimy and you have to haul your luggage up stairs as there is no lift. On the positive side the restaurant area was really nice and the staff there were great.

The hotel is located in the center of Belgrade, close to the river with many restaurants and bars. The rooms are clean and basic, there is a mini bar with a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. The food in the restaurant is local Serbian with lots of meat. The hotel stuff is very friendly and helpful. All in all it’s very valuable, I will definitely come back when traveling to Belgrade

The room is really ok, and the sanitary facilities are OK. The most important thing is that it provides two beds, one of which is a sofa bed, so each person can have a little private space; the only drawback is that there is no elevator, no elevator, no elevator. If you have big luggage and need to lift it up, it will be too painful. Although the lady at the front desk helped us lift it up when we arrived, we still have to rely on ourselves to get down, which is too painful. There is no breakfast, but there is a breakfast shop when you go out of the apartment and turn left on the street. It is very delicious. There is a sushi restaurant on the right side of the apartment door that is also good. The price is not cheap, about 50 euros for two people.

The short version is that the location is good on the bus route and is within walkable distance of the waterfront and its awesome shopping mall. There is food available on the street in front of the hotel. The hotel meets basic needs. It is dated and tired-looking however for the price I can happily live with that and would gladly stay there again without hesitation. The booking for my teenage daughter and myself went smoothly online. Air Serbia changed our flight and the hotel was able to change our booking accordingly with no fuss. My sister who studies there had stayed there when she first arrived in Belgrade and recommended it. On arrival the driveway is also the parking lot. This means that if coming through with a lot of baggage that it can be a bit of a slalom course making it from the pavement to the front door. If you bring your own car, it means parking is limited and if someone parks behind you it will not be possible to get out without their car being moved. There is and awkward step required to get into the front door which could benefit from a small ramp to help with rolling luggage. The lobby is small and no frills with a small seating area and is adjacent to the dining room. The reception staff were approachable and spoke good English which was a big help as I know almost no Serbian and was struggling to learn it from my efforts before the trip thus, I was limited to a few polite words like please and thank you and unable to make conversation in Serbian. Be aware there is a tourist tax to pay on arrival. There is a small lift which was handy for checking in and checking out with luggage. On moving from the lift to the room there was only a short transit and the room locks worked well. The room was simple and met our needs having ample closet space however no hangers. There was a writing desk which I used for meals and a fridge under the desk which was put to good use during the trip to store food and milk. My balding dome had no need of the hair dryer so I did not try it out. The room overlooked the carpark/driveway and the street which was good enough to allow me to assess how busy the street was and get a sense of the weather. The beds were comfortable however the pillows were not at all plump even when I stacked a couple of them so on my next trip, I will vacuum pack my own pillow from home. The bathroom is where the shabbiness was felt. The sink was not properly fixed to the wall so moved if I pressed on it. The sink was large enough for me to do laundry. There was enough shelf space adjacent to it to store items and for me to hang my medium sized washbag. The shower enclosure was tight to the point of almost being tight and sliding lass doors opened on 2 sides as the only way of getting into and out of it. The doors kept derailing which was the other problem apart from the sink’s instability. There was plenty of hot water and housekeeping provided a good supply of clean plush towels. There was some disint

I went to Serbia to transfer back home. This hotel is very close to the airport. It has free pick-up and drop-off services. The Chinese boss can communicate in Chinese. The boss is very nice. The boss is kind, kind and enthusiastic. The hotel is clean, tidy and well-equipped. The hotel provides three paid meals a day, and the food is very delicious and authentic. When I left, I personally delivered it to the airport. I really recommend this hotel. Friends who come to Serbia must stay here! The bed in the double room is very comfortable. Compared with the 90 cm wide bed in other hotels, the 1.3 meter wide bed here is very comfortable to sleep on. The hotel is affordable and the price/performance ratio is super high! Recommended!

Nice 'vintage' style hotel in a central part of town opposite a calm park. The center is at walking distance and the hotel isn't exactly on the heart of the city.Very clean although a bit outdated and great staff with notable ”Tamara'' from the breakfast team. Only annoying thing is that last morning we were in ahurry to leave and the housekeeping was keeping the elevator so long we had to go down the stairs with our luggages.

It a lovely, quiet hotel just outside of the city centre (10 minute taxi drive costing around 900 rsd). The pool is a great feature when the weather is hot and I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are planning a summer trip. The staff were all fantastic. Really friendly and approachable. I made a great friendship with Petar and enjoyed chatting and laughing with him by the pool. He was also quick to help us out with anything we needed and did so promptly and efficiently. A really wonderful trip. Thanks!

GGuest UserWhile the decor was modern and the cleanliness satisfactory, there were many aspects of the experience that fell short of expectations. Firstly, the absence of appropriately sized cups for the coffee machine was a notable inconvenience. Despite providing coffee, the lack of corresponding cups rendered the machine unusable, which was disappointing. Additionally, the bathroom amenities were subpar, resembling cheap, generic products found in supermarkets rather than the expected quality of hotel-grade toiletries. However, what truly exacerbated our dissatisfaction was the poor service attitude demonstrated by the host. When we communicated our delayed arrival due to a flight delay, the host abruptly ended the call midway through our conversation, displaying a lack of professionalism and courtesy. Furthermore, the inconsistency regarding the checkout time was deeply frustrating. Initially informed of a 2:00 PM checkout, we were later informed of a revised time of 12:20 PM, with the host confusing the pronunciation of ‘2’ and ‘12’. During our attempts to clarify this discrepancy, the host abruptly terminated the call, leaving my girlfriend and me feeling rushed and unduly pressured to vacate the premises. Overall, while certain aspects of the accommodation were satisfactory, the overall experience was marred by inadequate amenities and unprofessional service.

GGuest UserWe recently stayed at Hilton Belgrade and our experience was amazing! The hotel itself was great. The service is superb. We arrived very early at 6:00 AM and we didn’t expect our room to be ready until they normal check in time, which was afternoon . But we asked if by any chance they could check us in at the earlier time. The hotel was totally booked and we knew we had to wait. The only think they sad , that if room becomes available we will be on the priority line. In almost 1 hour they gave us the key to our room. The staff in the hotel is super friendly and very helpful. They made our stay more pleasant than it already was. Hilton Belgrade is located in the center of the city and it’s a walking distance to the old town. I highly recommend to anyone who wants to visit Belgrade to stay in the Hilton Belgrade. Thank you to everyone who helped us enjoy the stay.

GGuest UserThe staff at the front desk are very helpful giving wonderful recommendations for restaurants and ever so accommodating of all our requests - printing and scanning documents, questions about where to go due to our special dietary needs etc. We appreciate them very much. There was one evening when one of the staff at the front desk failed us when he showed very little care for our well-being when we reported to him that the elevator was broken. He did not give us a good attitude and solution. We complained again and another staff came out to show us a side elevator to use - something he could have very easily and politely pointed us to. We complained about it and was promptly apologised to and even presented with a bottle to wine as an apology. The cleaning of the room was not up to standard and we thought they could do better in that department. Nonetheless, after we pointed it out to them, they immediately rectified and gave the room a good clean. I appreciate their spirit of improvement. Overall, we liked the room and hotel very much. The bed and pillows were comfy. The room was large. Toiletries were very nice. As friendly and accommodating as they are, we will definitely give them another chance and return for another stay.

GGuest UserReflecting on our experience at Joy5 Hotel & ”SPA” in Belgrade: Hotel Staff: We extend our commendation to the hotel staff for their consistent warmth and professionalism. Their practice of rising to greet guests upon entry is a testament to their hospitality. However, it's worth mentioning the logistical challenge posed by the 150-meter distance between the drop-off point and the hotel entrance, particularly with luggage in tow. While a golf cart service is available, its operational reliability remains inconsistent, occasionally necessitating a walk during inclement weather. Housekeeping Service: Our experience with the housekeeping service leaves room for improvement. For guests staying beyond a couple of days, the expectation of refreshed towels and bed linens is reasonable. Regrettably, this anticipation often requires proactive reminders, accompanied by a degree of reluctance from the staff. A more accommodating approach in this regard would be greatly appreciated. Accommodation and Facilities: Turning our attention to the accommodation, our reservation for a ”queen” room revealed an unconventional configuration involving twin-sized platforms and an additional top pad. The usage of a simple sheet as a bed cover resulted in nightly adjustments, and imperfections in the sheets themselves were observed. An attached photographic record is available for reference. The confines of the shower area present limitations, with water overflow being a noticeable concern. On a positive note, a surplus of aging towels is readily provided to address such situations. Locale and Surroundings: The hotel's location along the Danube contributes to a serene and tranquil atmosphere. Additionally, the convenience of proximity to a modestly-sized mall enhances the overall guest experience. The availability of fresh air further adds to the appeal of the surroundings. Overall Impression: In conclusion, our stay was marked by enjoyment and contentment. However, considering the tariff structure, it is reasonable to anticipate a slightly elevated level of service and quality. It is pertinent to note that our attempt to secure an upgrade was met with assurances that were not subsequently fulfilled. This situation, although mildly disappointing, did not significantly detract from our overall experience. Our assessment of the stay remains generally positive.

GGuest UserI am so embarrassed that out of all the places I travelled to, this one happened to be in my own country. We were getting married on the week of our stay, namely Saturday and have made a booking in 2 parts - Wed, Thu small room they have, Sat-Mon, big luxurious one with the glass roof for our wedding. As far as the little room goes: It was horrible. I read some people complained but I didn't believe so we went ahead. The room is in a separate building two doors down. The building itself is in ruins and is having some construction done around. They have 4 rooms in the same corridor behind a locked door, one next to the other. So first thing, as of early morning and long into the night there is CONSTANT banging of doors as people go in and out. Further, room is musty as hell! Tiny window overlooks this shabby backyard and makes it dark and gloomy. Then comes the main part, it was filthy! I fell so bad not having taken the photos! Bin in the bathroom had the new bag in it, but underneath the bag was rubbish from the previous day. My partner put a towel over the glass barrier of the shower to dry and when he took it back, it was BLACK. In the toilet there was only an empty shell of the bowl cleaner and then the sink was all smudged EVERYWHERE. But we stuck with it as we knew on Saturday we would be checking into the nice one and it was convenient to just move stuff 2 doors than go somewhere else. Then the real horror started. We scraped some money to book a nice place to get ready for our wedding and spent our first wedding night. We chose this place as it looked so nice in the photos. It was NOT cheap, people don’t pay rent for a month in Belgrade in the amount they charged for 3 nights. Taken by the experience of the horrible room we stayed in, I told the receptionist we wanted to see the big room before we go in as we don’t want the same. They said ok and took us. On the way to the room the receptionist tells us “it is a little warm”. That weekend was extremely hot. We go up and the apartment is BOILING. The only AC they have is set on 17 degrees (none in the bedrooms) and it is still super hot. Mind you the place has a glass roof so it is like an aquarium. Then, it was NOT like in the pictures, there are chips and damages everywhere, and is not at all looking fabulous like in those pictures they put but more worn out. We asked for 5 minutes to think about and the guy let us and left. We sat there for 5 minutes SWEATING and looking around and thinking there is no way that I will be getting ready for my wedding, taking beautiful pictures and spending my first night as a married couple there. Plus the glass was opened into the yard and neighbors from the other floor could see straight in. We came down and said we will not stay. They said, ok, call Booking.com and let them know. They were more or less ok about it and we left, the day before our wedding, running around Belgrade looking for a place to stay. I called Booking and they said they would ask

GGuodaxiazhijianThe hotel is in a great location, the entrance is on the street, opposite the Parliament Building and St. Mark's Basilica. It should be a renovation of an old historical building. The room is spacious, spacious and stylish. The oil paintings in the room are good and the tall floor-to-ceiling windows are very stylish. It is less than one kilometer to the Republic Square and Grand Duke Street, which is very convenient. Generally speaking, the price-performance ratio of more than 600 yuan is acceptable. There are many small restaurants nearby, so breakfast is nearby. But there are many areas that should be improved: 1. The shower room floor is slippery and easy to slip. Anti-slip mats should be placed or anti-slip grooves should be made on the floor tiles. The installation position of the hand-held canopy head is too low and has become loose. The water from the canopy head on the top is not smooth and sprays everywhere. The water pressure and temperature are both very good. (The electric water heater from Germany is small in size and high in efficiency. I must praise it. I specifically tested the speed of placing it in the bathtub. It takes about 20 minutes to place it close to the water outlet. The temperature is also very hot, which is great. ), but the poor water outlet head affects the usability. Suggest improvements. 2. There are no shelves for shampoo and shower gel on the wall inside the shower room. (There are no two things inside at all.) There is only a squeeze-type one on the washbasin. I don’t know whether it is shampoo or shower gel. 3. There is no Chinese-style electric water heater. There is one similar to a coffee machine that can boil water, but it is inconvenient to operate. 4. The bedding can also be improved to enhance your enjoyment. 5. The refrigerator is too small and placed too low on the floor. It is very low-level. There should be a double-door refrigerator to match this room. 6. The water sets and wine glasses are good. But the tea was not delivered, which was inappropriate. Generally speaking, the managers made a noble hotel room into a mid-to-low-end level, but it was a pity that good basic conditions were lost. If we actively improve the above aspects, it will not cost much investment, and the enjoyment of the residents can be greatly improved.

If you want to be introduced to a true spirit of Belgrade, this building of historical significance with its glorious architecture will have you feel like you have been accommodated by a family. It’s so beautiful, the staff is very friendly and warm, they will assist you with anything you need and welcome you with great enthusiasm! The room is clean and comfortable, well equipped and with a lovely furniture that follows the spirit of the place. Location is amazing, just 20 minutes away from the city center. I went for the first time in Belgrade from Zagreb. I found this great hotel. It is easy to find from bus station. Location is 10 minutes of walk from Belgrade bus station thru Nemanjina street to Slavija roundabout. I must say how the stuff of hotel is very kind. The internet connection is excellent and the hotel room is very good. The price of room is more than great. Rooms are modern and clean. Next time when I will visit Belgrade. City transport is just in front of hotel and if You walk it takes 10 minutes of walk to city center. I will come again to this hotel.

GGuest UserHotel lobby gives good impression, but when you come to the room corridor you first see that it is a very old hotel that should be renovated years ago. In the rooms it's even worse, there is about 1cm crack between room door and jamb (no sound insulation). Everything in the room is old and beaten up, carpets are old and very dirty, so are the decorative blankets on the bed. There is AC unit in room (we haven't tried it though) Bathroom was not properly cleaned, shelf above sink was full of dust. Floor wasn't vacuumed. Room service doesn't make the beds. Blankets are not in bedding sets, only covered with sheets. Breakfast buffet was from 31th december to 2nd January exceptionally served between 8 and 11am (don't know the usual hours), which means that at 8am there was a huge line for breakfast. One day they opened up another room because there were no tables left in the first, the other day they did not. On top of that there is only one coffe making machine which works very slow and needs to be refilled very often. Only first time they set the table with placemat, after that they only superficially wipe the table. They do however try very hard, I think they were a bit understaffed because of holidays. Otherwise food selection was very good and always stocked. The staff at the reception was very kind and helpful.
