There is absolutely nothing to complain about,everyone of the staff , management, and cleaning services were absolutely professional and very good at there jobs...I can't wait to return for a visit..

Great Hotel For Solo Travelers

Good place for a quality city transfer break, in the downtown

We booked two room types. The twin room is a duplex with two toilets. The upstairs is for living and the downstairs is for the living room. It is more comfortable. The king-size room is too small and uncomfortable. The bathroom is big enough, the hygiene is good, and the environment is very good. The hotel itself is a historical attraction, a century-old store, very close to the old street, the National Museum, etc. The hotel cafe is a highlight, the service is warm, and the breakfast is very local and quite rich.

A magnificent hotel in the very center of Belgrade. Excellent service, excellent breakfasts with live piano music. Amazing spa area. Attentive staff. When we asked for more black tea in the room, from then on they started bringing us black tea every day, which speaks of a very attentive attitude towards guests. And in general, the hotel pleasantly surprised us in all the little things, I recommend it!

The location is very good, you can walk to all the major attractions around. The double room is suitable for a family of three. The big bed is very comfortable. The furniture is all solid wood, with a European style.
