Hygiene: Very clean, compared to other similarly priced hotels in Europe, it is simply invincible. I really like the atmosphere of the hall. Service: The service is considerate and humanized. The staff of the entire hotel are very friendly. We stayed for more than a week. On the first day we went, they immediately changed our room because of a small problem with the room. They also gave us dessert drinks for several days in a row. There are also resident singers performing on Friday nights. Like 👍 Facilities: It is very close to the city center and can be reached on foot.

We recently stayed at Hilton Belgrade and our experience was amazing! The hotel itself was great. The service is superb. We arrived very early at 6:00 AM and we didn’t expect our room to be ready until they normal check in time, which was afternoon . But we asked if by any chance they could check us in at the earlier time. The hotel was totally booked and we knew we had to wait. The only think they sad , that if room becomes available we will be on the priority line. In almost 1 hour they gave us the key to our room. The staff in the hotel is super friendly and very helpful. They made our stay more pleasant than it already was. Hilton Belgrade is located in the center of the city and it’s a walking distance to the old town. I highly recommend to anyone who wants to visit Belgrade to stay in the Hilton Belgrade. Thank you to everyone who helped us enjoy the stay.

The service was very good. The concierge Nemanja was extremely helpful! He helped me book a good day trip and provided many good travel tips. The front desk staff were also friendly and helpful. One thing to note is that the hotel uses Clarins for bathroom products, which is very nice! However, a couple of things could be improved: the queen bed is made of two single beds, which is uncomfortable; the breakfast was average; the slippers provided were not comfortable. Overall, the hotel met expectations of a five-star hotel, and I have no major complaints.

To be honest, the facade and lobby are better, the room is very general, there is a pile of no nutritious things on the room table, the price is not cheap, more than 200 euros, the room water is not, there are two small bottles of water at the bedside before bed, almost a few mouths are gone. It is that you don't have a bottle of water when you check in, and you can only get water when you sleep. The room toiletries are Hermès. Many people have seen it and are attracted. The room looks out and there is nothing. The front desk calls without any use. Then the sauna is closed and none is opened. The waiter in the sauna can't speak English, and he said that it was turned off for a long time. The whole stay is really not good! ! !

Stayed here for a week. Great globalist recognition, used SUA to guarantee Regency Suite, which was located on 7th floor, where also Regency club is located. Club serves breakfast (with limited foods, but with no crowds) and evening spread (which has no hot food, but is otherwise very nice). Suite was nice, although some refurbishment (carpet) would be needed. Bed was ok, although it was not really king size as advertised, but two singles put together. Bath was ok, we had some problem with shower leaking water to the outside, as the design is not the best and water is not draining very well. Breakfast in the restaurant was good with quality foods, just quite crowdy at times. Also had one lunch in the hotel, which was also very good. Staff very nice and welcoming. Would stay here again, especially if hotel would invest in minor refurbishment, like replacing very tired carpets and beds.

Nice 'vintage' style hotel in a central part of town opposite a calm park.The center is at walking distance and the hotel isn't exactly on the heart of the city.Very clean although a bit outdated and great staff with notable ”Tamara'' from the breakfast team. Only annoying thing is that last morning we were in ahurry to leave and the housekeeping was keeping the elevator so long we had to go down the stairs with our luggages.

Location exceptional, All reception hosts they were incredibly friendly, really appreciate they helped me book the taxi and they came with me to make sure I get in the right taxi. The bedside socket is out of power 🪫 There is a malfunction of the room card, and these small problems are not at ease, and it does not affect the overall check-in experience! The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance of most attractions. The hotel is located in an old apartment facing the street. Once inside the gate, the corridor is very old and there is a musty smell. But when I entered the hotel door, it was a hole in the sky. Although it was a few sets of rooms, it was simple and stylish. The room is spacious and the bed is large, especially the bathroom is large with an oversized tub, and the bath water is very rushing. The service attitude is enthusiasm, help you to mark the sights and the good restaurant location on the map, it is very thoughtful. Western breakfast, there are five or six kinds to choose from, do it now. The downside is that the hotel's signboard is not obvious, and it is not easy to find the first time. On the street, no parking spaces. But still highly recommended.
