JW Marriott Properties in Beijing

This hotel is located in the heart of Xuanwumen, not far from famous attractions like Tiananmen Square, and also very close to Xidan and Financial Street, making its location excellent. Last time I stayed, I dined at the hotel's Marriott Chinese Restaurant, and the dishes were quite good. This time, while waiting for my room, I had a light meal at CASALINGO Italian Restaurant, which was a pleasant experience – quiet and comfortable. The domed swimming pool on the 19th floor has great natural light and clear water, making for a very enjoyable swim. Overall, the service was satisfactory, but there's one area I hope the hotel can improve: I had arranged for a late checkout until 2 PM, but I received two reminder calls after 12:30 PM before leaving, which was quite disruptive to my rest.

I brought my two children to Beijing this time and we stayed at this hotel for the entire duration of our trip. The hotel is conveniently located, very close to SKP and Huamao Shopping Center, making it easy for both shopping and dining. The hotel staff's performance is also highly commendable. A special thanks to Ms. Iris, who checked us in. She was not only warm and friendly but also meticulously introduced all the hotel's facilities and directed me to the concierge desk to get a Beijing tourist map, which made us, first-time visitors to Beijing, feel much more at ease. Additionally, the hotel breakfast was very thoughtfully prepared; I was especially impressed that fresh peaches were offered among the fruits. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and this is a highly recommended hotel!
