As soon as we placed the order on Ctrip, the hotel’s beautiful lady named Zhao called us to ask about the check-in requirements in detail and gave us better suggestions. When she learned that someone of ours had a birthday, she even said Will be taken care of. This made me feel the warmth of Hyatt before I checked in. When we checked in the next day, we were really surprised. The room was decorated with ”Happy Birthday” and the room was upgraded to a balcony room, which made the whole family excited. During my stay of 3 days and 2 nights, I could feel the good service awareness and enthusiasm and friendliness of the staff everywhere. Even if I met the waiters or cleaners in the corridor, they would greet me with smiles and give considerate tips, which really created a good atmosphere for the guests. Experience the atmosphere.
