I recently stayed at Wtown Cloud Dream Resorts and was very pleased with their service and overall experience. The pickup service from the station was exceptional. The hotel staff were prompt and courteous, making the transfer to the resort smooth and hassle-free. This level of service was greatly appreciated after a long journey. The resort itself is located about a 10-minute drive from Wtown. While it’s not right in the heart of Wtown, the short drive was a small trade-off for the tranquility and comfort offered by the resort. The serene environment and beautiful surroundings made it worth the distance. Overall, Wtown Cloud Dream Resorts provides great service and a peaceful retreat just a short drive from Wtown. I recommend it for anyone looking to enjoy the beauty of Wtown with the added comfort and service of this lovely resort.

Superb with very. Clean, convenient to access from the Simatai ticket center, with walking distance. Great room equipped with kitchen facilities, fridge, bathroom with full equipped utensils. Just bring your clothes and stay! For foreigners you need to contact the hotel agent for the room number with accessible codes , contact trip.com agent if you dont have Chinese mobile number they will give you hotel’s agen wechat to contact directly to the hotel. The building is look like the apartments that someone sub-lease for jotel business. Highly recommended.

The place was clean and comfortable with a good view from the balcony. The host was very helpful. He answered all our queries and dropped us off and picked us up fromnthw scenic area.

An excellent service apartment. Clean and everything works well. Balcony looks out into the great wall and it's spectacular. They run it v well and have impeccable service bringing us to wherever we wanted to go. Breakfast is simple but good!

This hotel is clean and comfortable, there is a great view and the owner is too kind, helpful, they help us to book a taxi for going to visit the Jinshinling great wall. we are very satistated with our staying in this hotel.

The room was good, however the location shown when we booked is not the real one and when we confronted the receptionist about this she said “that is the adress of the reception”. The real location was further away from the actual town. The good thing is that the people from the hotel were at our disposal, taking us and bringing us back to the hotel whenever we wanted.

Just next to the entrance of Wtown and the Simatai Great Wall ticket office. It’s a self check in room. So you better to contact with the owner via WeChat before check in.

The place itself is not near to Watertown but pickup service was provided so not an issue for us. Overall good service , and the host was very responsive to our queries too.

We were so amazed by the duplex suites for the price with a nightview of the greatwall and watertown. I highly recommend this for anyone with families or large groups of friends. I love the minitheater to watch movie and the cozy sitting areas in bedrooms and entrance area.

The published location was a blatant lie. Address, pin, and exterior pics were to a complex just next to Wtown. Actual rooms were in a satellite complex with nothing interesting around. Staff response was “too bad, you paid already”. By the time you waited for a shuttle and fought traffic outta there it was about an an hour away from where advertised. Didn’t ruin our trip but it’s a pretty terrible business model, and I wouldn’t have booked there had I been informed of the true location. Boo hiss.
