房屋乾淨，設施都很新。老闆夫妻服務意識非常好，有什麼需求都可以給你解決，重點評論下早餐，豐富又好吃，肉餅包子都是現做的，非常棒，是我住過民宿中最好吃的一家，下次還會再來

整個院子乾淨整潔，管家阿姨很熱情，手腳麻利，幫忙收拾的特別用心。老闆人很好，解答耐心，完全沒有任何負擔，我們全部大概17個人，玩兒的非常開心，附近景區很多，美食咖啡也都不缺，很完美的週末帶娃放鬆小聚！

公司組織團建，對比了好多家最終選擇穗安，市區開車1h多路程，民宿獨門獨院，設施齊全，房間衞生乾淨，門口停車也很方便。
房東大哥很熱情，隨叫隨到，我們一行十幾人，還贈送了2天的早餐，有專門的管家做早飯，大姐很勤快。院子有游泳池和小童遊樂設施，挺乾淨的，小朋友打水仗玩high了。
民宿對面及旁邊有餐廳就餐很方便，天氣熱沒出去逛景點，就在屋裡打麻將、K歌、玩桌遊也挺熱鬧的。
整體體驗感很好，下次聚會還過來玩。

房間很新很乾凈，床也很舒服，大姐服務熱情體貼。如果院子能放個電爐子和桌椅，就太好了。。可以和朋友在院子裏看星星。

導航直接就可以導航到地方，停車位很方便，也特別充足，老闆很熱情，給介紹了周邊的吃喝玩樂，房間屋內很乾凈，看得出來是老闆精心設計過的，空氣特別好，下次來懷柔還是選擇他家😍😍😍

沒什麼時間挑選，看着人數合適，盲選了這家民宿。非常滿意，之前最擔心的就是衞生條件，之前住過的很多民宿看着照片不錯，住進去衞生堪憂，目前這家是我住過的衞生條件最好的民宿了，住的很安心，每個卧室都
配備衞生間也非常方便。茶室棋牌室也很舒適，玩得很開心。晚上下雨，幸好院子裏有帶棚頂的走廊，沒有耽誤大家的燒烤活動，在雨中燒烤也是非常新奇的體驗。以後再有聚會也會選擇這家民宿，希望保持好衞生條件。
