Not foreigner friendly at all. No English speakers. Too fancy with too many gimmicks like a smart kettle, fancy lighting , just a pain the whole experience. Location great beside the malls though. Staff are polite but can’t communicate in English and don’t even try (every other hotel I’ve ever stayed at in China at least tried to translate). Yes I know I’m in China but can’t speak Chinese but have never experienced this. And for all their fancy ness they didn’t even clean the room one of the days. They didn’t explain many things they needed to. Far better hotels in the area

When I came to Beijing, I stayed at the Orange Crystal Changying Paradise Hotel. First of all, the location is very good. There is Metro Line 6 at Changying Station downstairs. There are also Changying Paradise and Hualian nearby, which is very convenient for shopping. Secondly, the service is also very enthusiastic. They will actively serve tea when checking in. The room is clean, tidy and comfortable. The room area is also large. The room facilities and equipment are good. The Xiaodu equipped in the room can help me control the lights, curtains, air conditioning, and TV, which is very convenient. The hotel environment is also good. There is a gym and laundry room on the 3rd floor. I was arranged a room with a balcony, which I like very much. I will choose to stay here next time I come to Beijing.

The hotel is in a very good location with convenient transportation. Metro Line 6 and Changying Tianjie Shopping Mall are downstairs, so you can eat and travel at the same time. They are all smart home, Xiaodu smart housekeeper, and the TV is also large and can be projected. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes good. I will choose this place every time I come to Beijing on a business trip.

I will still choose this hotel next time I go on a business trip nearby; But some feedback: 1. You can put an operating instruction on the hand-brewed coffee kettle. It took me a while to find the switch on the back. Otherwise, why would the water still be cold after waiting for a long time? 2. The temperature inside the hotel seems to be a bit high, and the temperature difference between it and the outdoor temperature is too big. It's a bit like taking a sauna. The temperature difference can be slightly reduced.

The hotel is right at the subway entrance, with convenient transportation, warm and thoughtful front desk staff, clean rooms, smart voice, ground coffee, and rich breakfast. I will continue to stay and recommend.

I have to say that the coffee powder provided by the hotel tastes quite good. It is very pleasant to drink coffee while working in the room in the afternoon. The hotel is located 50 meters away from the subway, which is very convenient for travel. It is opposite the Tianjie Shopping Mall. Food, clothing, housing and transportation can all be solved in the most convenient way. It is a very good accommodation experience and highly recommended.

Overall it's OK, but some parts are not OK. 1 There is no place to hang clothes or towels in the shower room (connected to the toilet room). You have to go to the corridor naked to get them in the cold weather. 2 The bathroom door doesn't close tightly. Others are OK, transportation and surrounding areas are very convenient.
