從一出三樓電梯，就能聞到很明顯的潮味，預訂的家庭房比之前住的其它品牌要差很多，房間很小，洗手盆能看到小蟲子（看圖片），隔音很差，三個人進出衹給一張房卡，申請加一張，需要按金，這在其它品牌沒有過，總體感覺很差！

房間乾淨整潔，工作人員態度OK，非常不錯的選擇

服務態度差，不小心把物品遺留在酒店也沒有人打電話通知，等到發現後打過去各種理由推脱，在攜程定的房酒店説看不到客人訊息不通知，説是寄快遞到付，和他説了還不回家，説是第二天聯繫，然後還不聯繫，打過去問還掛電話。這就是北京酒店的服務態度，牛的要死
