Don't get fool with the name of the hotel. The hotel is not walking distance to South railway. You need tp take metro or didi from the station to the hotel. The first room we got, the bathroom is very smelly. We exchanged it to another room with a very reluctant manager but we did insist. The second room is fine, no complaint. The customer service is bad. The people who works at the reception are working long hour so their attitude can't be considered good customer service. No smile. Looks like they just want to earn money, that's it.

酒店的前台服務非常周到，員工熱情有禮，辦理入住和退房手續都十分迅速。我們的房間非常乾淨和寬敞，床鋪舒適，房間採光良好，衞生狀況也非常好。每天打掃房間的服務人員都非常細心，保證了房間的整潔和舒適。酒店的餐飲體驗也非常不錯，早餐豐富多樣，味道好，品種多，滿足了我們一家人的口味。

距離北京站比較近，酒店周邊很多飯店。方便比較寬敞，有個小陽台，也很乾凈。冬天暖氣很暖和。有機器人送餐，不過訂餐的太多，機器人送會比較慢。其他快遞會放在酒店門口需要自取。
