Huge and comfortable room to stay in for a solo traveller. Staff was friendly & helpful, thanks to Mr Jack handling check in for me👍 Love the street/alley towards to apartment it’s all Hutong. There was a fresh market nearby too, I was able to take away some local food back to eat. I would definitely recommend this place to those traveller for enjoyed walking/take photos along streets alley before heading to metro station.

This place is super convenient for family traveling with elderly and also toddler. It is well-equipped with washing and drying machine for laundry. The cooking hob & knob are provided too but there was no pots and pans provided in the unit for cooking. I didnt find out further if we are allowed to cook inside the unit but when i went to level B1 for coffees (free!) i saw there was anoher kitchen which is bigger that has pans and pots (but very limited, I only saw 1 pan). The plates provided in the unit are only 3 plates without any bowls, which is quite restricted when we dine in the unit by ordering food delivery. However, we managed it by using the food containers from our delivery. We did not approach the front desk to ask for more plates and bowls though. So i am not sure if they can provide. The front receptionist who work during night time during our stay is more warm and friendly than the rest. There was a morning shift staff whom I have not met, but heard from my family, that she gave a cute keychain to my kid, which i feel is a very lovely gesture. Having read that some taxis refused to drive into the hutong due to its small and narrow road has caused me concerns when i did the booking, but fortunately all the taxis we got managed to wait for us right outside our apartment. Meaning that all are willing to drive in. There are bicycle returning spots right outside the apartment which makes it so convenient for us to return the bicycles we rented using the online platform. Outside the hutong, there are shops like eateries which make it very convenient for us. We even took our brunch at "men ji mi fan" which serves very good "mi xian"(noodles) that i was looking forward to when i am visiting Beijing. My kid and elderly mum really enjoyed the stay in the apartment. They even enjoy chatting with the lady who cleans our apartment as she is really friendly and warm. There are 2 bathrooms in our 2-bed unit which again makes it super convenient for us during our stay. My kid loves the apartment as if its her second home. We like the coffee provided free at B1 as the fragrant is really as good as those at coffee shops. We visited B1 entertainment room for a few times and chill there for a short while. There is a pool table and a gym room right next to it. The stay is very peaceful and quiet throughout our 1 week stay. Reception and security guard are there 24 hours. There is even a postage room that keeps all our online shopping parcels which makes it very convenient to shop. I gave only 4/5 for facilities due to shortage of cooking utensils/bowls in our unit. But other than that, there is nothing else that is short of our expectations. Thanks to BASE apartment team for the lovely stay!

Efficient, friendly service. Staff is quick to think and act swiftly. Clean rooms with good view of the Hutong. I would like to specially compliment one of a lady staff(so sorry didn’t get her name), she noticed there was a traffic blocking the can that was trying to get in to pick us, she quickly rush over to direct the traffic and drivers. Well done to the team! Only part to improve is the washing machine cum dryer, the dryer is not hot enough to dry all our clothes despite setting a 3 hours drying time. The rest are good! Thank you!

Really enjoyed our stay. Love the concept of this service apartment with microwave, washer / dryer included, separate living area, large space area, clean room with a huge bed that is very comfy. Eateries located nearby 3-5mins walk on either side of the narrow streets, convenient to move around as Didi is easily accessible and ride costs are quite reasonable. Note there is no phone on the property so all comms to reception via WeChat. Purchases done on Taobao were received well, however the parcels are dropped off in store area, it took some time to locate parcels ourselves, there is no log so you will have track and find yourself, risk of losing since there is no security. Overall a wonderful 3N stay!

Room and TV are very big. The view is good as attached photos. The room is new and clean. Location is very good for food and approx 15 mins to MTR stations. The washing machine and refrigator is very helpful for long travel in Peiking. High recommended.

The room has a washing machine and dryer which is really convenient. The detergent provided was only a small bottle. Bring your own laundry pods if needed. Every hotel staff is helpful. Takes me 10-15mins to walk to either subway station line. Didi taxi is fast and cheap. The hotel is in a small alley. A review mentioned driver only picks up at the alley entrance/exit. I took didi multiple times and did not have such problem.

We really liked how the hotel is right in the middle of Beijing! Having a bathtub and microwave made our stay more convenient and comfy. The decorations are really nice, and everything was super clean. Plus, they gave us a lovely bracelet when we left! We totally recommend staying here!

Very cosy and big service apartment. Staff are approachable n friendly. Always ready to help. The location is good and accessible via public transports like bus and metro. Many restaurants available within walking distance even thought is it located inside a hutong. Make full use of washer cum dryer provided in the apartment. Will book again for next trip.

The location was not the best. It was in a small alley, and sometimes the taxi will not be willing to enter to get to the hotel. The service, however, was excellent. The staff is extremely helpful and they have WeChat which makes it easy for us to communicate with the hotel when we are outside. They managed help us many times via this method and we appreciate all they have done to make this trip a very memorable and stress free holiday.

The hotel is so concerned about the safety of its guests that it provides robots to deliver takeaways. This hotel was so cozy that it was extended for one night. The hotel has a beautiful view of the sunrise and sunset. Thanks Jay for the hand cream.I will definitely stay at this hotel next time I go to Beijing. Hope to see Jay, Tuna and Zack again.

These is a lovely service apartment. My family come far from Malaysia and we stay in this lovely apartment. the faciliesties was amazing . thry have washing machine and dry. We love to stay here. and we will.come.back.again for.long stay.

Great, helpful and friendly staff! Great location in hutong, near 2 metro lines. Nice local market nearby. Definitely recommended.

Spacious and clean, the bed is one of the biggest and comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in, all the staff are really nice too, I like having a fridge, washer/dryer, and microwave in the apartment, can cook too if you want, only thing was the AC wasn’t really working so it was hot at night when I stayed

Lovely hotel in an amazing neighbourhood. If you walk in the direction of Dongsi metro station, you will find many shops and restaurants. Dongsi metro station is nearby and from there you can easily travel to all the highlights of Beijing. It is true that the road to the hotel is quite narrow (because the hotel is situated within a hutong), however, in my experience, taxi drivers will still drive to the entrance of the hotel. The room itself was very spacious and clean. The shower is quite large and the amenities were also very nice. I only stayed for 2 nights but the rooms are definitely very comfortable if you want to stay longer. A big thank you to Jay, whom handled my check in and check out very smoothly and provided excellent service! 10/10 would recommend and I will definitely book a room here again.
